Our stay here was just perfect - great location, everything we needed, Bryce left very good instructions for anything that we might have needed (we didn’t 😊), and very comfortable! We were close to everything but felt like we had our own little private place too. Will definitely come back here.

Perfect

Bryce showed lots of hospitality, before even arriving and was quick responding to my questions. Its a perfect place for a small family 1 HUGE comfy bed and a futon pull out if needed . My son was in love with the pool . Thanx for hosting us ! We'll be back :)

Studio apartment close to Anna Maria Island and Robinson preserve!

This was a great place to stay if you want to be close to the island and hiking trails on a budget. I would not recommend it for more than two people as the couch is very small and uncomfortable to sleep on. The large bedroom and king size bed were very comfortable and the studio was very clean.

Great little place

We stayed for one night while visiting family nearby. It's very clean and quiet, and just like the pictures. Not fancy, and no full kitchen, but we were expecting that. It worked great for our needs and the location was ideal for us

Great location and early check-in!

Thanks for the early check-in! After driving all night, spending the morning at the beach, and eating a delicious fried shrimp lunch at the Sandbar Restaurant, we enjoyed getting a shower and nap! Definitely worth the stay!

Ample everything

Well provisioned stay with a big bedroom and king bed. Great location just off Anna Maria island with quick access to shopping and highways. Lovely hosts with many circus stories!

Bryce was a great host, he has sticky notes everywhere and can I just say they are so helpful. The place was very nice and relaxing. My friend and I absolutely loved staying here. Will be coming back in the future!

Being over charged

This was my first time booking on this app but we added a person to our trip last minute and when we got there the lady told us it was okay, then a few days later I got a charge for 40 so I messaged and they said the rates changed but they’ll still stay with the 15 per person since that’s how it was when I booked so they changed the 40 back to 15. You’re to be quiet after 11pm. It says there’s a washer and dryer but you don’t have access to it, you put a hamper on the patio and they take it and do it for you.

Great place for a quick stay

My husband and I attended a wedding on Anna Maria Island and stayed here for one night. It was perfect for us. Quick communication, easy check in, clean little apartment and a quick drive over to the island. Reminder: this is the side apartment of the hosts home. We did hear them on the other side flushing a toilet in the morning but that’s really it.

Love the location

This property was exactly as stated. It was a little hard to locate after dark. Just a couple of things would have made it an incredible property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would like to visit again

My husband stayed only one night but would stay again and recommend the rental to everyone! It was quiet clean we had everything we needed and more. The host put out candies and snack bars on the coffee table. If you want z place close to the beach and beach nightlife this is a great place to stay!

Simply great!

Our stay was very comfortable. The property was exactly as listed. Where else will the owner do laundry for you. She even shared some fresh apple pie with us. We recommend this property as a great value.

The only problem was that the property was extremely hard to find in nighttime

Arrived after dark. Very hard to find location. Spent many nervous moments until we found place. Otherwise we enjoyed stay.

The stay is located within walking distance of a beach, grocery store, post office, clothing store, beauty salon, multiple banks and plenty of restaurants. We also provide free parking, private entry, access to a pool, BBQ grill, patio, tv, free WIFI, private shower and bathroom, along with of course a king size bed.
