Updated beachfront condo nestled in the dunes at the heart of Surfside Beach. Condo features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, and a pull out sofa. New in 2025: remodeled master bathroom, new refrigerator, new stove, and new washer & dryer.

Located on one of the most beautiful and secluded stretches of beach in the area, with no high-rise condo towers for miles in either direction! It's a short stroll to the restaurants in Surfside, or a quick drive to the best entertainment and dining the Grand Stand has to offer in Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Pawley's Island & more.

Known as "The Family Beach", Surfside is also great for couples seeking a romantic retreat! Newly re-opened Surfside Pier is a walk or short drive away. The Garden City Pier is just over 3 miles away, where you can catch local bands and even sing karaoke! The Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet is less than 7 miles away; here you can rent a boat and cruise the intercoastal waterway, or grab food and drinks at a myriad of restaurants right on the water. If you are looking for even more entertainment, Broadway at the Beach and the late-night crowds in Myrtle Beach are less than 20 minutes away.

Our condo building contains only 14 total units, making the pool rarely crowded! You also have access to the owner's private storage unit on the ground floor, where beach chairs and boogie boards are stored. The condo is technically on the first floor, though being a raised beach building, you do still have to climb a set of stairs to reach the first floor. Our condo features private beach access and has an outdoor shower to rinse away all the sand. Bed linens and towels are INCLUDED in the price. There are two parallel parking spaces designated for our unit behind the building, however parking is tight for the second vehicle. Golf carts ARE allowed; it must be parked in your 2nd spot.

The owners live in North Carolina and enjoy staying at the condo throughout the off-season. This is our sole rental property - we are not a large corporation - so you get all of our attention!

Anniversary/Birthday Vacation

This condo was great! All the amenities of home. We are use to camping and having to bring everything with us, we did that again but it was not necessary. Condo was clean (for me to say this means it was clean to my high standard). We really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. Host was very responsive and even check in with us to see if there were any issues.

Crisco Annual beach trip 2024

We loved the place so much! Location, cleanliness, having linens, excellent communication with property manager! I could go on and on! We sat out on the deck and enjoyed the oceanfront view! We loved having the keyless entry! It definitely gets a 100% approval rating from us!

Great beach Access. Condo is immaculate and beautiful. Parking was a little tight because We didn’t have a pull through parking And the other people did not park appropriately. Other than that great place to stay and I look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful getaway

The host goes out of her way to make sure you don’t need to run to the store for some tea or spices. Very well stocked. Clean, wonderful view and the host is very responsive. Parking is very tight though. Only issue. Also, plenty of beach chairs, etc. will book again.

Great for Girls Trip

Love Surfside Beach for our annual mother/daughter trip. Condo was well equipped, very clean with a great location. Beds are very comfortable with nice linens. Parking is challenging for those of us who cannot parallel park. Owner went out of her way to provide easier parking spot when I asked plus construction equipment took up our spot. Owner quick to respond to all messages. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

This was the perfect condo for our first stay in surf side beach . Our family enjoyed the this condo and the amenities . The view was awesome and just steps away from the beach . Also very clean and organized . The property owner was very quick to reply to any questions we had . Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again .

Great Location

Nice, clean, well kept condo with very nice view of beach. Had minor issue with guest bathroom, owner was very responsive and resolved problem quickly. Parking is tight but worth it once you get settled in. Would stay again.

A week at Surfside Beach!

Very clean unit, all the basics in the kitchen from plates to basic spices, towels and linens include, nice layout of unit and no issues. Even received notice when the unit was ready on check in, which is always a nice touch!

Great place but had some flaws

The Condo was nice, specifically due to location on the beach. A few issues: 1. The kitchen sink faucet was very loose and moved all over. 2. Light/fan combo in main living area, needs replaced (fan made noise, but failed miserably in intended function). 3. Dryer is the worst i have ever operated. Clothing took forever to dry. 4. Climate control was difficult to moderate. 5. Storage unit was a mess. 6. Lack of sufficient towels (hand & bath). 7. The guest bedroom lacks a dresser. A built in inside the closet or Captains bed with drawers underneath would have wrnt a long way. Outside of that, great unit in decor and functionality. Ocean front a HUGE plus. One small note, parking is very difficult in assigned spots. We would stay here again though, but plan better for the shortcomings, if possible.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful beach house. The description was right on! As the description said, the parking is tight for two cars. We did only have 1 car. The entire 14 unit complex wasn’t full. We enjoyed everything and would recommend this condo!!!

Great place

Unit 104 was just as advertised and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was roomy and well-decorated and the bed was very comfy. It is located right on the beach so you can really hear the waves. The view is great but it is blocked to the south by a protruding wall. So in the morning the sun shines right in but is blocked by the afternoon. We stayed for the month of March but I think in the summer months this afternoon shade on the balcony would be most welcome. The building is located near the north end of Surfside Beach so the area is pretty quiet; just the way we like it. Although we didn’t use the second bedroom it too is a good size with a queen bed making this place ideal for two couples. There is a nice pool there but unfortunately it’s closed in March but it would be a great place to hang out in the warmer months. Just a block inland from the ocean is a lovely lake with a gazebo and benches where we went with a morning coffee and watched the geese and turtles. The host, Kimberley was attentive and easy to get hold of. Even though the weather this March was a little cool we had a great time at this end of Surfside Beach

Nice, but needs improvements

Was messaged twice by the property manager about having extra sheets for the pull out couch for my kids to sleep on. Even reached out to let them know the sheets were not in the room. They were never received the whole week. Also, the master bedroom bathroom tub was very outdated and disgusting. We never used it. Otherwise, nice place.

Great family vacation

Booking through VRBO, was simple and a pleasant experience. The home owner was extremely friendly and answered my 50 questions super fast. It was a clean, pleasant place to stay, right along the beach. The storage unit with all of your beach necessities was absolutely wonderful!!

Great location, close to everything

We had a great time at this condo. The owner was super responsive. The location was great! Parking is a little tight but even with our Yukon, we had no problems. The only issue is that we searched pet friendly and this unit came up but after booking the agreement said no pets.

Comfortable oceanfront condo

The extra bedroom and bathroom allowed our family of 4 to stretch out and have a comfortable stay. Unit was clean, well appointed and came w beach gear in a storage locker.
