Directly on Vanderbilt Beach in Collier County Florida. This unit is on the second floor overlooking the lushly landscaped area with all rooms having a direct view of the beach. You are 20 steps to the beach.You can almost touch it!!
The unit is approximately 2000 sqft.

A large private balcony provides direct access to the beach and gives the unit the feeling of a “beach house” without the necessity of using the elevator to access the common areas.

One of the many features is the large pool that is shared with the sister building. in addition, each unit has assigned parking .Also tennis courts and pickle ball courts and bicycle storage available to all.

With a west view over the Gulf of Mexico, the sunsets are enjoyed year round.

Breathtaking views abound in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront condo overlooking the sparkling gulf waters and pristine white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Located at the northern end of the beach between LaPlaya Beach Resort and Delnor Wiggins State Park, with limited public access, you can enjoy a serene beach vacation away from the hustle and bustle. This beautifully furnished and well appointed enclave has everything you need to feel right at home!
Fully equipped kitchen, all redone a few months ago, beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas, bike storage, tennis and pickle ball courts, a pristine community pool, private beach access, outdoor shower, palm trees swaying in the breeze and amazing sunsets from your screened lanai. Close to shopping, fine dining, funky eateries, fitness centers, kayak, paddle board and jet ski rentals, movies and more.

The building charges a $150 application fee.

This was a great, turnkey property! Owner is incredibly helpful and property has everything you need for the beach! I would highly recommend this unit! Location is fantastic!

Great beach location!

As soon as you step in the door you realize the view is magnificent. Direct access to the beach….no need to go through a lobby or take an elevator. Huge patio with a dining table and chairs plus a huge screened porch which is perfect for reading during a summer rain shower. This is a large condo and every bedroom has a view! Clean beach, good neighborhood sidewalks for a run, excellent restaurants nearby. The view, direct access to the beach and the size of this condo made for a very comfortable stay for our family.

Awesome location-host a helicopter

Location is a 10-everything comes with a price. Host put us through the ringer. Constant communication before/during our stay. Place was not clean; furniture dated; master bed was awful (she did buy a new one with a lot of pressure from us); Clearly owner is not putting any of the large proceeds back into the unit. Again-can’t beat the location-walk to beach but hang on. Way overpriced to pother units onsite.

BEWARE! Do NOT RENT. There is a reason it’s “always available”

DO NOT RENT!! There is a reason it’s “always available “. I booked a 1 week stay. I received a confirmation that stayted there was a background check. No biggie.. Virginia, the owner (who looks nothing like her photo on here) sends me a message asking what time will we arrive as she wants to meet us and “show us the unit”. I thought oh she must really take good care of her place. I’ve rented ALOT from VRBO and I have never had this happen. Upon arrival I texted her we were downstairs. She came down with her young grandkids, and she rushed up to me insisting I tell anyone who asks that I’m her friend staying with her because she isn’t supposed to rent her condo out. (My husband was parking the car so he hadn’t heard her, yet). She then brought us into her condo which did not smell clean and was very lived in. She had food in the fridge, her condo had dirty floors and windows, and her personal belongings were everywhere. Her shower had all of her shower stuff in it and on her bedside had her “personal private things”. Her medicine was all over the bathroom. This was alarming to me as I have a small child and if my child would get into her dangerous controlled substances it would be fatal. In addition, there was bug traps all over her condo. She went on to tell me how she lives there and she rents the place out one week a month. I advised her I was not comfortable with her illegal arrangement and we would like to leave and have a refund. now she is refusing the refund. We h

A scam

TLDR: it's a scam. -- If you haven't booked this property yet, great! Don't. -- If you booked, read about my experience below and go to court. I stayed there in early April 2024 and it went as follows: - The ad's pictures of the views and property grounds have almost nothing to do with reality. There are none of these well-groomed green pretty lawns, nice flower bushes, etc. The entire condo grounds in all directions from the balcony and terrace are a construction zone. - There is no private access to the beach. Those stairs you see on the ad's photos are physically gone. The gate to the missing stairs is wired shut so that you don't walk off the terrace. - Since there is no private beach access, your way to the beach is through the ground floor and the said construction zone. - There is no heated pool. There is no pool you can use at all. The pool is closed due to the construction. - The noise from the construction is extremely loud and continues through the day. - A few days after I booked it, the owner messaged me to tell me "upfront" about "some" noise due to construction in the lobby area and that the pool would be closed. When I replied that both will be a problem, she wrote back that actually the pool would be open and the noise would be only in the mornings. Both were lies, of course. - Note also that there is a review before mine that describes a similar experience. I hadn't read it before the booking and now regret it. Court it is...

Positive- nice condo. Negatives-condo building under construction. Under the condo balcony was a construction dumpster. Total building construction fenced including the beach side. Host indicated the lobby was under construction but did not say the total first floor was gone except for the steel beams. Could see right through it to the gulf. After one night I have a morning recording of 4 hrs of constant construction drilling right under the condo which was the second floor. We told the host we were leaving. Impossible to stay. For the remainder 13 days she would not return our payment even though we were not there. All I can say is beware.

Beautiful beachfront condo!

My husband and I just finished a six week stay at this beautiful property. The condo was well appointed, the furnishings are updated, the beds were very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We had family join us for part of our stay - it comfortably fit 6. Hope to be back some day.

Gorgeous beachfront home

With beautiful views, a nice home, and steps from the beach, this rental is amazing. Virginia is a great host, and we had a lovely vacation. The rental has beach chairs and umbrellas, and the beach is perfect. White sand, gentle waves, and not crowded. We found many nice restaurants in the Naples area. We highly recommend!

If you are looking for private beach watching amazing sunsets and peace and quiet - this is the plce

The courtyard was immaculate and beautiful. Easy access just a short walk down the sidewalk to beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. Very private and relaxing. The condo was amazing with huge outdoor patio overlooking beach and court yard. A completely enclosed screened in patio extending all the way across the condo which was great for morning breakfast and romantic sunset dinners. Accommodations were well kept, clean and inviting. Rooms were large and beach view from master. Large master bath and two additional full baths. Would definitely stay here again.

Location,location,location!

We love this place!! We’ve stayed here for a few years now and it is perfect for beach going with it right at your door. There is plenty of space for a small family. Accommodations are comfortable. The owner is very receptive to our needs. We will be coming here for many years to come.

Vanderbilt Shores Seville-Creme de la Creme

The condo boasts panoramic ocean views that span west 180 degrees. The bedrooms are spacious as well as the dining/ living area with views of the ocean from any location. Rich tile flooring and exquisite art on all the walls throughout, give you a sense of elegance and tranquility. A private screened lanai surrounds the entire front of the condo. Adjacent is a large private patio, nicely furnished, with a private staircase to the beach, just steps away. This first floor condo at Vanderbilt Shores Seville is truly a 5 star location *****

Excellent Condo Directly on the beach

It doesn't get any better than this! This gorgeous condo is steps away from the gulf and we even had our own private staircase leading down to the beach. We absolutely loved it! The condo is spacious and has a beutiful open living area with 2 seperate balconies. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed in this unit many times and can't wait to come back. We love using our private staircase to the beach and the pool. The unit has a relaxed beachy feel which we all love. There is something for everyone, golf, tennis, shopping, boat tours and great restaurants all down the street. Or do as we often do, just enjoy the fabulous views and sunsets, the beach and pool and relax on the huge terrace.

Best accommodations on Vanderbilt Beach

Fantastic Unit! The photos are somewhat outdated but still show the Fantastic views and the great furnishings. The big table on the large balcony is gone but it is a fantastic place to host a large gathering or even a wedding. The second story setting is the single best place to enjoy the famous Gulf Coast sunsets and to interact with the beachgoers and swimmers who are enjoying the fantastic Olympic size pool. In short -- you cant beat the accommodations and the ambiance of this fantistic unit.
