All my relatives staying here gave this property an excellent review. They loved the feeling of the place, the extreme cleanliness, the comfort of everything, the provisioning. The location. I found the owner just wonderful to deal with: friendly, highly accommodating, generous, patient with our needs and quirks. I was so lucky to have chosen this for them!

Everything about this home is excellent: large, well appointed rooms, very comfortable beds, surprising extra space downstairs, spacious outdoor areas. This is the third time I’ve stayed here and I hope to book it next time I’m in Albuquerque as well.Maureen

This was a perfect spot for us to gather, feel safe and rest in between all the fun day travels and events. We would definitely book for another stay. Our host Francisco was kind and very attentive with Greta communication efforts.

This property is well located in Nob Hill, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and comfortable. The nights were quiet. The house is well appointed and everything was in working order. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it’s in a cute neighborhood. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants in the Nob Hill area. The host was very communicative.

The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and coffee shops. The house is comfortable and spacious and has everything you would need to feel right at home. It feels like a welcoming home, unlike others we’ve stayed in that just feel like hotel units…with no charm or character.

The house is very nice so clean spotless everything set up is for the convenience of the renters. The owner is super nice quick response for any problems and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended this place..

Abq festival

Property was well located to the university for the flamenco festival and Nob Hill for restaurants. House was clean and check in and host communication was easy. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, very clean, comfortable home within walking distance of NobHill restaurants/bar/shopping. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
