Charming 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, Townhome - Close to Everything!!!

Our 3 bedroom townhome is perfect for your family or 2 families to share. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen and family room. There is a fabulous screened in porch that overlooks a small body of water that you can enjoy a glass of wine, a great book or both! On the second floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath and a washer & dryer for your convenience. On the third floor there is a loft area with a double bed, a sofa bed and a full bath! Send your kids up to play or watch TV and you won't hear a peep for hours!
Our home is located a short walk from the community swimming pool. Within our neighborhood there is a 9 hole golf course...so make sure you bring your clubs! There is tons of shopping and restaurants located within the area. The beaches & Cape Henalopen are just a short drive away!

Good location; clean; nice place

Everything went well. We slept 5 but you could do three couples and put a few on couches. Very clean and relatively new. Screened in porch is very nice. Definitely recommend.

Exactly what we needed.

Our stay at this property was brief (2 nights) but lovely. Everything was as stated in the online listing. The home is spacious, clean, and conveniently located to everything you would need. It is also close to Rehoboth Beach so the commute is busy but not too bad.

Beautiful home and great location!

Communication was wonderful! All my questions were answered quickly and warmly. Check in was super easy. I loved being right behind the outlets and minutes drive from the beach. The pool was steps away, everything was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend away

Had a great, but too short stay. Enjoyed the place. It was clean and good location. We got there late so it would have been nice to have coffee pods and toilet paper, but we made due.

Highly Recommended

The townhouse is spacious, nicely furnished and in a quiet area. The screened in porch is nice to sit on in the mornings and evenings. It was an easy drive to the beach, restaurants and stores. The entire process of booking this unit was easy. All questions were answered quickly.

Great stay

Great place, convenient to all the area has to offer. The community is quiet and being just steps away from the pool was very nice. They were very responsive and the whole process went very smoothly. Highly recommend this home.

Rehoboth Beach area

We were very favorably impressed with the house, the swimming pool, the close proximity to Rehoboth, Lewes, the Tanger Outlets and everything. The house was spacious and large with lots of room for our 5 adults and 1 three year old and 7 year old poodle Bentley! Everything was neat and clean - definitely would consider going back again.

Great location. The house is immaculate with all of the basics. We were in Rehoboth for a baseball tournament and this place gave us space to spread out. Will definitely stay again!

Great Location

This house has the perfect location for going to both Rehobeth and Lewes beaches and the outlets. It also has a nice community pool and a 9 hole golf course at the entrance.

Great Stay

Property was perfect! Close to all of the main areas in Lewes/Rehoboth. Host communication was super responsive and accommodating to all of our questions. Easy check in process. We would definitely go back.

Great place and location

Everything just as advertised. Great owners and nice clean townhouse. Pool literally steps away as is the garbage area. I would recommend to anyone planning on visiting the area! Joe

Labor day beach getaway

Everything was great! Great proximity to beach as well as restaurants and outlets. 2 min from from outlets and restaurants (1/2mile) and 6 min (3miles) from the beach. Karena responded to all of my communications with her in an expediate manner and was extremely accommodating. Definitely plan to stay again next season
