Beautiful Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The place was beautiful and generally comfortable, but there are two things potential renters should know about: 1) The king-size bed reacts to the slightest movement by either person. It's like being on a roller coaster or a waterbed. We did not sleep well. 2) The opening to the stairs down to the front door are right next to the kitchen and living room area, dangerously so in our opinion. BHHS was great and answered all our questions.

We loved our stay here. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was the perfect size for myself, my husband and our three kids. My husband adored the enclosed balcony area and spent hours looking out over the pond. The elevator was extremely convenient for being able to bring our heavier items upstairs especially since it was a second floor unit. Not super close to the beach, but an easy drive away, and close to attractions and shopping. My only minor complaint is that we thought there was a community pool in the development. It wasn't a huge selling point for us as we had planned to spend most of the time at the beach, but I did purposely pass over other properties that had no pool access. However we discovered after we got there that the pool was closed indefinitely due to fire damage. So when jellyfish kept us away from the beach we had to find other activities.

We loved this home. It was clean and furnished very tastefully, it was not cluttered. We didn’t use too much of the kitchen, so I can’t speak to the supplies, but it was all set for at least cup, plate, coffee basics. The view off the porch was nice, we saw turtles, fish and birds. The master bath shower was sparkling clean and had great water pressure. Will definitely try and book again.

Family Beach Trip

We stayed here in July for a week. Check-in and checkout were both quick and easy. The location was a few minutes off Route 1 in a quiet and friendly gated neighborhood but still close to everything. It was nice taking morning and evening walks. The ponds were relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable. If you have small children I recommend bringing a baby gate. Otherwise the house was perfect and the elevator was convenient. We would stay here again!

Had a good time, condo was convenient. Vacuum cleaner needs to be updated. Poor vacuum for sucking up beach sand. Invest some money in a good one. I had to clean it out and then it worked better.

Very nice property but poor resort amenities

Very nice property. The condo was well decorated and comfortable for the six adults in our family. The resort amenities left a lot to be desired however. The community pool was $20 per day per person which is way too high, especially since it was very mediocre. If I had known this, I probably wouldn’t have booked the property since my husband doesn’t like to go into the ocean and really wanted to use the pool regularly. The gym was much more reasonable at $25 for a three member family but the equipment was very old and it was very hot in there. That being said, if you don’t need to use the gym or the pool then I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, looked exactly like the photos, and offered plenty of room in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The location right off the Coastal Highway was incredibly convenient. Having the elevator to help transport luggage from the first floor to the second was extremely helpful, and being able to sit on the screened-in deck looking out at the pond was such an added bonus.A huge thank you to Jess and Chris from the property management team for their fantastic communication. We also opted to pay for the optional linen service, which was an absolute lifesaver since we arrived so late. The place had everything we needed for an enjoyable, stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

The home was well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the pond from the home is beautiful. It's such a peaceful place to stay. When we would take a walk in the neighborhood, the neighbors were very friendly. We had no problems or issues during the week we stayed there. The property mgmt company was kind and professional. We highly recommend this rental home.
