Very outdated and not very clean. Had trouble with the WiFi the first night host replaced router the next day. Televisions were about the size of my home computer screen. Spiders and cobwebs around the patio door which was hard to open. It’s a shame because we stayed at other units at queens bay and were very satisfied with those units.

Property is decent if you're looking for a place to spend the night without utilizing the premises much. Property is outdated and the drawers in the room are very difficult to open. The host did not provide a unit number so we had to search for the place based on the pictures of the back porch. We attempted to contact the host via the app and phone call on two different occasions and never received any response.

I felt the property is in a great location and it was clean. However, the check-in process could’ve been more descriptive by indicating the unit number and where the gate opener was. The unit is extremely dated. Which by itself isn’t terrible, but it would be nice to have bed linens that were newer. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable.

It was great condo at a great location! Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great, we all agreed that we would come back to stay at Eric’s condo again! It was central to everything, Rotary Park, London Bridge and tons of restaurants across the street!

I was never able to get a response from the property owner, after the initial email. he showed up unannounced to pick up mail. Someone was there, but I’m sure he would have entered if there wasn’t. Totally unacceptable!!I wasn’t able to put anything in the closet front bedroom as the floor was full of storage. The blinds in the living room don’t work. Cockroach in the bathroom. Great location, but the unit is not clean and in poor shape. A cleaning deposit refund is due me at the very least.Thank you!

I spent Easter weekend at this location. It was Perfect!! We were right next to rotary beach park

Great time at lake havasu

We had a great time at the condo. Location is perfect. We especially loved the perfectly heated pool and hot tubs. Thanks for a great girls weekend!

Perfect Location

Our stay in Lake Havasu was fabulous. Condo was in heart of Lake Havasu, short walk to almost everything. Condo was clean and well stocked. Will stay there again if we ever get back to Lake Havasu.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Eric‘s condo. It was a supreme location with ample & secure parking. The host was very considerate and responsive to our needs. we look forward to returning to this condominium in the future.

Great little Condo

Our clients truly enjoyed the property. Literally right off the golf course and lake. Fantastic amenities on property and walking distance to everything! We would definitely re-book!

Fabulous location, easy access, great manager

It was a wonderful location, within minutes of the marina, easy access. Unit was ground floor and to the edge of the complex, so our boat was literally parked right out the door. Really perfect.
