Perfect spot and great views

This place has a great layout, it was so easy to walk to and from the beach and enjoy the porches and views. Thanks for all the beach equipment too!

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay. This is truly a very short walk to the beach as well as to the Siesta Key restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great spot

The house was certainly as advertised. The beach access was AMAZING and so great to be able to use beach chairs, toys, etc. We loved dining al fresco and had a fabulous stay!

Superb location with views off back balconies of the ocean, the beach and the SUNSETS!! Well appointed kitchen with minor issues with coffee maker , garbage disposal.

Great Stay in Siesta Key

Great beach access, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, easy key code checkin, beach chairs in garage. 12 minute walk to the village. Ideal location. Really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. Perfect house for family of 5 and the 3 children are young adults. Comfortable. Great yard and chairs for enjoying outdoor space and views. Perfect location on beach! Hope to return one day.

Best of both worlds

This is a great property with a fantastic location. Very close to shops and restaurants, yet feels secluded at the same time. Would definitely book again!

Siesta Key treasure

Great property for multiple generations! The kitchen is super well equipped. But there are a lot of stairs. Nice and private with a short walk to the beach and plenty of beach accessories provided.

A slice of heaven in Siesta Key

Gracious and accommodating host, and a conveniently located beach paradise. Beautiful home, very private, but still just walking distance to the village and all the action. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and even though we spent the majority of our days on the beach and evenings in the village, we enjoyed our time in the house with the amazing views in the extremely comfortable set up. Looking forward to coming back, and hopefully staying at the same amazing place.

The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. The layout of the place is great. Three stories single family home. Great kitchen space and balconies. 100 yard walk to the beach on a private path.

Gorgeous Beach House

We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely home and beautiful views. The house was very accommodating with all the amenities you could need and want. The walk to the beach was easy and quick to the powdery white sand. All the beach accessories you could need are in the garage. My favorite was sitting on the comfy lounge chair reading my book hearing and watching the waves rollin.

Fourth of July

Two of my children, their spouses and I spent three heavenly days here. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The house was very clean, well organized and everything you would need in the kitchen. We all slept really well and loved the beds. The beach itself is spectacular and we spent most of our time there. There are outdoor patios on each level of the house which provided a nice spot for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. There are beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels and carts to move it all to the beach and back. Overall everything was easy, directions, access, check in and check out and communicating with the owner and we can't wait to go back.

Good to get home to siesta

My wife and I grew up in Sarasota so we hadn’t rented on Siesta on previous trips due to the number of family members in the area. It was a fantastic decision as we had more time to enjoy our vacation as family came to visit us and spend time on the beach instead of driving to visit with them all individually.
