Such a nice location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a really beautiful location. The building and grounds were well kept. The condo, itself is also very clean and was welcoming. The kitchen and baths were really nice and had plenty of amenities. The view from floor#15 was great (but for exceptional view of sunrise and sunset, the beach is best). The coded, gated entry and extra was an added safety feature. (however, the code to the beach gate was incorrect on our email, we gained entry only through the help of a resident). The biggest suggestion we could give the owner is to update the furniture and most especially the mattress in the master bedroom. We left a day early just because we didn't want to endure another night on it.

BEST STAY ON THE BEACH

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Twin Palms rm1503 was really a wonderful condo, has all the amenities you would want and close to allot of very nice restaurants and within walking distance to shop. The most important aspect to this condo is the security and safety of a very secured parking garage with a code needed to get in! A lot of other condos in the areas just have security officers working in the front Gates and anyone can slip by it any given time!! I found this condo Twin Palms to be a very secure and safe environment for my family I would stay here again!!

Perfect location condo!

The condo was great! Perfect location, close to everything and the beachfront balcony view was spectacular. It could have been a little cleaner and although I was told I could check to see if housekeeping finished early, the gate code I was given would not work until 4:00 so that was disappointing. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would stay there again!

It was a great stay, with a beautiful view. The hot tubs jets weren’t working, so my boyfriend had to find a nob to get it to work out for the week for us. I wish someone could’ve assisted on that better, but overall a 10/10 stay.

Relaxing beach get-away

This property is exactly how the pictures look! It’s gorgeously decorated and beautiful. We loved having two full bathrooms - getting cleaned up was easy! My friend had the bedroom and I slept on the bottom bunk which was SO comfortable and cozy! I loved the reading light to enjoy my books before sleep. The pool is beautiful at this property and of course the beach is amazing. If I’m able to return in the future I would hope to rent this exact unit again. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

Très propre, bien situé secteur un peu plus calme malgré le spring break, ascenseurs rapides, très belle vue sur le golfe. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 3 semaines et demi.

in general, everything in the condo was good with the exception of some things: 1, there was no cloth to wipe the floor, 2, the shredder under the sink was leaking all the time, 3, the rug, which is made of natural fabric, created a lot of dust in the rooms, 4, there is too much on the balcony things, and also when we are checked in the rooms were very badly cleaned, there was sand on the floor and in the corners

Outstanding condo

This condo was super cozy, it had everything we needed for cooking and a huge balcony to sit and drink coffee in the mornings and dolphin watch. The beds had very nice mattresses (a little more firm than my preference) but super nice. Everything was clean with the exception of a little sand on the floors (I mean we are on a beach). The elevators were fast and there were 3. They started us out with enough necessities like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets until we could get to the store to get more, Walmart is super close. It was an awesome vacation!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views, great location. Condo is given 3 stars. The floors were very dirty. Chair in living room was very dirty. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay. Was told to start laundry before we left, but provided no laundry soap. No batteries in thermostat to provide AC. We purchased batteries for the unit. Elevators went down a lot. Had to walk up/down on the stairs. Maintenance did repair elevators quickly on week days. The pool/spa were beautiful. The beach was gorgeous. Parking was nice for smaller vehicles.
