Once you are in the condo you can sit back and relax on our oversized balcony. Situated on the 11th floor, you are just high enough to not hear the pool noise and be able to enjoy great ocean views! Watch the parasailers, stingrays, and amazing sunsets. Enjoy your time on the beach with complimentary beach service (Mar. - Oct 2022). From there you can walk the beach to the famous Pineapple Willies. Want to relax and cook at home? Our kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, plenty of tableware, a Keurig, and an air fryer! We have seating for 4 at the kitchen island and 6 at the dining table. You will also find new living room furniture, new bedding, new HD Smart TVs in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, black-out curtains, a washer/dryer, fresh neutral paint, and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the entire condo.

Want a break from the beach? You can also soak up the sun at the large pool and jacuzzi surrounded by new pool furnishings. In addition you have access to an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Beautiful Condo right on the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is located right on the beach in a great location. Rooms were nice, balcony was large and had plenty of sitting area and was very comfortable. The only issue we had - microwave and refrigerate was very dirty inside, floor was also very dirty, I don't think anyone moped the floor in a long time. Condo came with chairs and umbrella on the beach which is a plus!

Panama beach getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very clean, was in a great location, management staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were nice , balcony was large and had plenty of sitting area and was very comfortable, only issue was the master bathroom had black mold in shower on the ceiling and on the tub that should have not been there !!! Regardless of what owner may think caused/ causing it !!!.. especially at the price point ... other than that there was no issues with the condo or the amenities there .. condo came with chairs and umbrella which is a plus ...would suggest owner have electrician install better fan and wire the master bathroom light and fan together on same switch so fan is always running when light is on to eliminate mold ..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean. The main entry door didn’t close tightly, had a lot of play in it. The garbage disposal stuck bad. We even cleaned it to try and calm the smell but it didn’t work. The temp stayed 74 even when the thermostat was turned down to 68. Beach chair rental service was rude to my uncle who is a veteran. We were allowed 2 chairs free but there were 8 of us. On our day of arrival we stayed at the beach until check in, she told us we could set their since it was going to be just a short time and if we decided to rent them for the week we could let her know. Then when we went to leave she was rude and said she was refusing service to them. He went back the next morning and paid her for that day of service and she still refused to rent to him until Wed. By that time we had already had such a bad experience we chose not to. I will consider booking again but will definitely bring my own beach chairs and shade. I do not support someone who is disrespectful to others, especially a veteran!!

Great condo

Loved the condo and location. Only 1 issue was the ceiling fan in master. You can't use it due to it being very loose. Sounded as if it was going to fall. One last thing is the gate code to the beach access. I got onto the beach with no problem with code. But had to climb the fence to get in. Code would not work. Waited 15min & 3 calls. No luck.

Liked it alot

Great overall. Only issue was there is intermittent short buzzing sound(lasts about 3 seconds) that woke me up numerous times. Maybe from the air conditoner unit outside, when it starts up near the entrance(I slept in smaller bedroom). Ear plugs not enough. Also blue plastic cup(s) leak.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Construction noise was absolutely terrible. The grinding noise from a grinder,power washer and generator was very deafening. Complained to the office and their reply was they didn't know it was going on.Lie They didn't reply my email, just ingned me, while other tenants got moved or discounted money back.This was our 2nd trip and last. We will tell others about how ECDI is very unprofessional! Owners need to FIRE them!!

The stay was very good. Everything worked properly. Great view of the beach and very well located. Plenty to do within walking distance. Only 2 concerns during stay. Outside door did not lock from outside when leaving condo and there was mold in both tub/ shower. Needed minor cleaning.

Highly would not recommend!

The renovations and updates in this room have been completed, as mentioned in the listing, but its definetly out of shape and could use some serious tlc. The furniture has seen its better years. Once we walked in the room-the first impression was a awful musty stench in the room that didnt go away even with opened balcony doors. The outdoor patio seats are torn through and compeltely worn out, with an outdoor patio rug under the cusion. Bathtub has rust around the drain hole and the silicone along bathtub corners is moldy. Ceiling was covered in a film of severe black dust, or layer of mold-we didnt stay long enough to find out-but that would definitely explain the musty stench in the unit, and the ceiling in the bathroom was hanging down above the shower head. Could not reach the owner because when we arrived after 6pm-it was considered after hours and no one was available for us to contact about the issues. After filing a complaint through vrbo, someone reached out to us and told us that they cant do anything about anything because its after hours and in the morning they will address the issues. Due to health conditions, we refused to stay in a musty room and started to look for a hotel at our own expense. At which point, someone miraculosly reached out to us and said they will transfer us to a different location. Other than the cockroaches, the new room was definitely worth the stay and absolutely lovely. The beach was also beautiful, and the location was really nice.

Twin palms

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There is a few things that would keep me from renting the same place again. Number one is the smell of mildew. We are really not picky but the smell was really really bothering us. Second the place was not the cleanest. The bathrooms could use some updating. One of the sinks was clogged. The patio furniture is really old and basically falling apart. The location and the building were great. It was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella included . The pool is great. I would stay at twin palms again I just wouldn’t stay at the same unit.

Not really clean but overall okay

The condo was spacious with beautiful views from the balcony, great location, not too crowded. However, it was very dusty. It’s obvious that it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while.

Nice condo

Nice condo. Easy to communicate with property manager. Front door handle could be more secure, was little jiggly. Little dusty in some areas. Overall nice stay. Good location. Being able to use the umbrella and chairs for the beach was nice to have. Had friends stay at other properties and many of them had issues so feel we were very satisfied with our stay.

Needs attention

The shower in the 1st bathroom needs a lot of attention. Also the ceiling fan in the masters needs a longer cords. Furniture on Patio needs some attention/replaced.

Mildew Smell

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so looking forward to a week at the beach. Once we entered the condo I noticed the lock wasn't secure and needed to be tighten. The second item was the smell of mildew. We purchased lysol spray to help mask the odor. The condo was as pictured, minus the extreme amount of dust, dirty cabinets spotted with old coffee, leftover coffee grinds in the coffee pot and keurig machine. I did like the location as it was very walkable, the addition of having chair and umbrella service was nice, as were the other property amenities. The noise level from Front Beach was quite bothersome especially around midnight. The dining room light did not work, but the A/C was great. Don't look under the beds unless you like a lot of dust and don't look at the ceiling in the first bathroom. Perhaps that's the entry way for the mildew smells. My family and I have been vacationing in PCB for years and years and this was the most uncomfortable stay we have every had.
