PRIVATE BEACH. This is one of two units that we own in the complex, with the other one being vrbo 653669.

All New Beds 2022!

Our complex only has 38 units vs. other resorts where you're sharing your beachfront with over 200 units. Our two bedroom townhouse is located in Sugar Beach. A gorgeous and well maintained property in Navarre Beach. Home of Florida's Beautiful white sandy beaches, compliments of the Gulf of Mexico.

The beach and heated pool are just steps away for your convenience. Or if privacy is what you crave, you can enjoy a BBQ in your own private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella.

Inside you can relax in our open floor plan, including a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry area downstairs. Upstairs, you will have access to two bathrooms and two bedrooms, each including a TV. FREE Cable and WIFI are included throughout the unit.

You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. This is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...ENJOY!

Beach bungalow

It was just what my family needed. A nice place to stay so close to the beach. Relatives were close by where we could walk to each others places and spend beach time and fun.

Really nice place to stay. Love having the beach and the pool. The house was so clean. Only recommendation is putting non slip flooring or mat in the mattin the main bedroom

Beach trip

Great stay in Navarre Beach. The condo was clean and accessible to the beach. Other than the rain we had throughout our stay the trip was relaxing and enjoyable. This is our 6th stay at this condo. The hosts were accommodating and easy to reach if the need arises. Love Sugar beach and recommend this host if you are looking for a place that is reasonable, comfortable and clean.

Family Vacation

We stayed in the condo for almost a week and it was a perfect time of rest and relaxation. If you are looking for a perfect place to rest and recover with amazing views with just a short walk to the beach this place is perfect!

Wonderful vacation in Navarre!

A relaxing time in a beautiful location! Close to the beach, quiet, uncrowded clean beach! Plenty of things to do and great places to eat and shop nearby. A wonderful time!

Perfect for a long weekend!

The home was clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils you will need! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Very nice! Easy access to the beach and the brand new swimming pool was fantastic.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Suger Beach. The condo was very nice and worked out great for our family. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the Navarre pier was within walking distance. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Condo!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect!! It was clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed in 3 different condos in Navarre and this was our favorite! We would love to stay here next time we come to Navarre!

Anfitrión: Julie and Robert Hargesheimer

We are Rob and Julie Hargesheimer. Rob is a Navy veteran who was stationed in the Pensacola area for nine years and fell in love with the white sandy beaches of Navarre. We traveled the world, but Navarre still remained one of our favorite beaches. So when our son got stationed in the area, we were eager to fulfill our dream of owning a home on the beach. We looked up and down the coast and nothing compared to the beaches of Navarre.

Because of it's intimate setting, we are able to enjoy the beach and pool with a small number of residents, which make it seem much more private. The spacious floor plan in the units are warm and inviting for families, as well as the private back patio for BBQ.

You can swim in the clear, warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the heated pool (March-Oct and Thanksgiving Week. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets or watch the dolphins swim along the surf.
