I truly feel like we found a little slice of Heaven on Earth at the cabin! It was spacious, peaceful and clean.The check in was easy, communication with the property manager was easy and they are very responsive. The herd of elk was a plus and the chipmunk throwing pine cones from the trees outside the fence was hilarious! He got to work every morning on a different tree!

We were very happy with the property. Very clean. I recommend it. Note that the listing is not clear about the beds and rooms. I had to read half the reviews to find real bed count. Cal king down. Loft is split by a bathroom. One side is two doubles, the other is either a double and twin or two twins. So lovely to sit on porch either morning, evening or night.

We loved our stay at ‘The Log Cabin’! Great location and spectacular view. We spent a lot of time on the porch with view of mountain range. Very peaceful! Arrived was super responsive. The only issue we had was WiFi which we communicated to host so hope they will resolve the issue! Would definitely book again if we were in the area!

Was here for a wedding at Skamania Lodge.Very close to the venue. Kitchen was well stocked, nice appliances, washer and dryer if needed. The loft area that sleeps 7, is very open. No closet but plenty of dressers. The ambiance of a log cabin was warm and friendly.

Beautiful property with lovely porch to view the outdoors and wildlife! Perfect for a family getaway. Quaint town of Stevenson nearby and lots of outdoor recreational opportunities. More air conditioning would be nice.

Great house

Very clean and had all that we needed. Quiet neighborhood that felt removed from town but still close to stores and shopping. Would stay here again for sure.

The property was clean and well maintained and stocked with all of the essentials. Directions were clear and the checkout process was easy. This is a beautiful property that seems far removed but is very close to a great town/community. We would book again.

The cabin was so accommodating and what a peaceful front porch to sip coffee on! The nearest market store was quite pricey, A & J, but we got what we needed. Our kids also loved it there and I don’t think they’ll forget it! Staring up at the stars at night was the best part. Thank you!!

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The TV was a little difficult to figure out and there is only one shower but other than that it was just as described. We'll stay there again!

Property was clean and well-outfitted. The property manager was very conscientious and communicative. Check-in and check-out were automated and easy.

Was a nice place for the price

It was nice place to stay with a great view. Had a few issues with bugs and had a bat in the house. All in all would rent again.

Scenic Solitude

We prefer short-term rentals with character and this log cabin home exceeded our expectations. It is nestled in the woods with a scenic view of the bluffs on the south side of the Columbia River Gorge. Wonderful place for scenic solitude and relaxation.

This cabin was nicer than the photos looked! We loved that everyone got to have their own bed and loved the Adirondack chairs on the porch! We sat there often and enjoyed our coffee each morning! We also liked that the whole property was enclosed and felt safe from wildlife! We did get to see 2 deer out the kitchen window one evening. Overall, we really enjoyed it and the communication with the property manager was quick and easy when needed.

My son and I stayed here while running the gorge waterfall races in Cascade Locks. Beautiful log cabin feel in a beautiful setting.
