Great location, very peaceful in early mornings, easy walking distance to Venice and other areas. Enjoyed our stay, would defiantly stay again.

Nice spot, spacious, great location

Our family of four (w/two teens) had a great time staying here. Great location close to shopping, restaurants, beach, etc. And easy to get to other parts of the city. The house itself was nicely appointed with everything we needed and designed well with plenty of space for family time as well as individual "Me" time. We would recommend it and stay here again.

Quiet but comfortable house

We were in town for a work conference downtown LA. This was a great location to be close to the beach and still have a comfortable place to stay with enough room for us to relax after the conference.

Venice Beach cutie!

This cottage was adorable! Plenty of space for our family of 4 and well stocked with all we needed! Host was very communicative and gave some great recs! Great location to see the beach, Santa Monica, and a short, easy drive to Beverly Hills and Hollywood.

Trendy location and great layout for game night

We LOVED the space and location. The house is walkable to Abbott Kinney- we got coffee and breakfast at Blue Bottle nearby and felt very safe. The space was perfect for our game night because the living room area is open layout with a large table and a nice couch area. All in very happy and will stay here again!

cute home in a great location

This was a great home for our family of four. The kids enjoyed having their own rooms, and the location was convenient, whether we wanted to walk and shop on Abbot Kinney or drive up to Santa Monica or Hollywood. House was stocked with everything we needed, and communication with the host was great. Parking could take some time depending on the day, but overall not a big problem. Loved our California vacation!

Vince Beach family trip

This is a very nice house in a great location. The inside is very well taken care of, clean, and nicely furnished - very modern. The kitchen has everything. The host is excellent at communication and follow-up.

A beautiful house in an excellent location!

We had a wonderful time exploring the beaches, biking from Venice to Santa Monica, and checking out the shops on Abbot Kinney. The house was cozy and fun - it felt historic and modern at the same time. Great space for a family of four with a well-stocked kitchen. Thank you!

Paradise in Venice

Exceeded expectations. Bright and stylish home in the perfect location for shopping, restaurants or beach. Lovely street. Never had parking issues.

Bunny’s Beach House

Well that is what my grandson called it! We (5 of us) has a wonderful time walking to the canals, the beach, and to shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney. Nice house, very comfortable and clean.

Location, location, location

We were pleased to enjoy this comfortable, clean home located in the heart of Venice. Our family of four had more than enough space to unwind. Best of all, we loved the convenience of being next to Abbot Kinney for a number of great shopping and dining options. The beach was a short walk away as well. Host was very responsive and friendly. We would return again.

Cute home walkable to so much

This property was really beautiful and well-appointed. Beds we’re comfortable and kitchen and bathroom had all we needed. We lucked out with parking for the most part though we did part in unit’s small gated spot. (The back area was very cute and parking worked- though it was a narrow fit.) We really enjoyed our brief stay.

A perfect Getaway

My 19 year old son and I decided to spend the last week of his holiday break in LA to visit friends and work. The house was the perfect size for us and was adorable. It was very near to Abbott Kinney so we were very close to great shops and restaurants. Street parking was as easy as the owner said. And, speaking of the owner, she was VERY responsive every step of the way! She was a delight to rent from and very easy to reach. We would stay there again and highly recommend it!

Perfect place to stay in Venice

We were in town for a short trip but would have loved to stay longer. Shops and restaurants are steps away but the house is on a cute quiet street. We felt like locals enjoying our coffee and wine on the front porch. The house is beautifully decorated, larger than you would expect, clean, and charming. Shana was quick to respond to every question. There were only three of us, but it would have been comfortable for more. I don’t think you’ll find a better place to stay in Venice!

Venice house charm

We had a very nice extended visit and were pleased with this Venice house rental. It had the charm of a beach house. Was welcoming, clean, organized, and well located for walking and driving. Shana/host was easy to communicate with, accommodating and responsive. The good complementary coffee options and makers were a nice touch, especially in the early mornings and when it was pouring rain. Thank you for welcoming us to your home, we would gladly return on a future visit.

Cute and Convenient

Very cute CA style bungalow in a fun area with lots of shopping and restaurants plus Venice beach within walking distance. House was clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Off street parking in back of house is great but very small (as noted in the listing). If you have a bigger vehicle street parking is hard to come by.
