Experience luxury with outdoor seating by the pool (shared with 2 other onsite units) offering a serene space to unwind or relax in outdoor heated spa tub after a fun filled beach day only a few steps away.
Unwind in a stylish suite, offering a comfortable king-sized bed complete with a smart TV for cozy evenings indoors.
This is a shared property with two other units on the upper level of this home.
You may hear or encounter other guests or pets at adjacent listings.
Tesla Supercharger located only 1 mile away.
Golf cart option with free beach parking
2 br/1 ba offers all the comforts of home, including stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker & Keurig coffee maker.
Relax in the swing just outside your front door of this lower level unit.
We live off site but are only minutes away and address any concerns !
No smoking or vaping inside unit, no parties or unregistered guests allowed.
You are allowed 2 car spaces anything over will have to park elsewhere.
Law enforcement will ticket vehicles on street.
