Welcome to our beautiful townhome that is close to all of the Orlando attractions.

The kitchen living room open concept is a fun and comfortable place for the family to gather. Off the living room is the spacious outdoor lanai that includes additional outdoor area for dinning and a refreshing splash pool. Master bedroom also features a balcony that overlooks the pool area to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. This house features all the comforts of home to include a fully outfitted kitchen, washer/dryer, safe, wireless internet and cable. This Townhome is close to Disney(7 miles), SeaWorld(18 miles), Universal Studios(23 miles), Orlando Airport(34 miles) with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Property has Ring Doorbell camera for security purposes only. NOTE: we do not have cable or landline at the property.

Great experience!

The house was well maintained and well stocked with all the essentials (towels, appliances, utensils, etc ). The house was very clean. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was in good working order and check-in and checkout instructions were clear and simple! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

Exceptional property. The place was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Lisa and Mike were wonderful to deal with. Loved the location and the neighborhood was so quiet. Will be staying there again.

Beautiful Convenient Townhome

We rented this property for 5 nights on our First Family Vacation. It was very clean, spacious, and had everything you need sans a pizza pan. The only issues we noticed were that the TVs upstairs in the bedrooms were extremely slow so we were unable to watch any TV but the Living Room. Another is that there weren’t any outlets near the bed in the master so we had to plug our phones in across the room. Even with an extension cord we found.it wouldn’t reach. That’s it and those are the only issues we had. We loved staying there and will probably stay here again next time we come down.

Great property. Good communication.

Only gave it 3 stars for cleanliness as the carpets are threadbare in lots of places ( especially on the stairs and by the doors) with lots of stains, which can be off putting having bare feet. The carpets definitely need replacing as they make the property look very tired and not welcoming. Upon arrival we did not get the safe code however we messaged the owner and we got a prompt response. Thank you for a quiet and restful stay.

Clermont Stay

Our stay was wonderful! The property was clean and perfect for our family. The splash pool with lanai was an added bonus that we loved. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of room to spread out. We were close to activities in the area but far enough away that we truly felt the vacation vibes.

Another great vacation stay

Clean and well supplied. Love the location as it is close to everything we wanted. Very quiet too. Hosts are great to work with and communication is always quick. Check in perfect. You will be very, very pleased with this rental!!

Fantastic Stay!

This property was the perfect place to stay while on vacation. It had everything we needed and very clean. Great location to local theme parks and shopping. Very clear communication with the host and very friendly. We would definitely stay again for future Disney trips.

Good home for family Disney stay

My wife and I stayed at the home with our two daughters. It was great that our daughters could have their own rooms and we could have breakfast/dinner together in the home while we were visiting Disney.

Tolles Haus um Disney zu erkunden

Ein sehr sauberes Haus. Tolle Lage. In rund 30 Minuten ist man in den Disney Parks. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unter dem Strich auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Visit with Family

I came to Clermont & met with my daughter coming from USF to visit elderly relatives in Clermont. The Townhouse was super clean, comfortable furniture &beds, plenty of towels. Most important the neighborhood was quiet as we've stayed nearby & had late night parties going on. Only thing not comfortable for me was an alarm on door to the "pool". I'm used to that but usually adults can turn it off. Can't turn this one off & u have 7 seconds to enter pool area & exit. We didn't even try. Can't imagine when my kids were young trying to get them & pool toys out the door in 7 seconds.

Wonderful property & owners

Small hiccup after check-in, the a/c wasn’t working. Contacted the owners & they got a repairman out within the next 1 1/2. Amazing job on a Sunday evening!! Quick response & super nice people all around. Cute property & worked for just what we needed. We will definitely recommend it!

What a great stay… The place was beautiful. The accommodations were fantastic… Perfect little oasis, to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Disney, but close enough to still do everything. What a great host… Such great communication and follow up… Definitely will stay again.
