**Ample Living Spaces**
After a long day at the parks, host your own movie marathon in the living room with a professional popcorn popper and LED 4K TV and Blu-Ray 3D. If games are more your speed, check out the Xbox one S and Wii, play a round of euchre at the card table or have a family board game night. Save some dough and cook your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. While the dishes don’t sing and dance, you’ll still get the Beauty and the Beast feel in the Be Our Guest-themed dining room. Extras like a Bose SoundLink Mini, Roku Ultra and much more abound.

**Comfy Bedrooms**
“Let it go” and get to sleep in the Frozen room, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds, one decorated with Anna and Elsa and the other starring Olaf. Elsa, Ana & Olaf Dolls are waiting on the beds for your kids to play with during your stay. There is even Princess dresses in the closet for your little princesses dress up time. “May the Force be with you” at bedtime in the Star Wars room, decked out with life size Darth Vader & Storm troopers, robot lamp, spaceship light fixture and Star Wars themed throughout. Four kids or a couple and two kids can bunk here in the twin-over-full bunk bed and roll-out twin bed. Both rooms offer a 32" LED TV with Roku, Netflix & Disney +. With Nemo and Mickey looking on, getting ready for the day is a blast in the Jack and Jill bathroom between the two kids’ rooms. Two sinks, large mirror, separate toilet and shower and tub combination offer plenty of room for everyone. Adults can retreat to the Caribbean Island master suite that boasts a queen bed, 48” LED TV with Netflix, palm leaf ceiling fan and island-themed décor and furniture. It also has direct access to the pool area. Indulge yourself in the large en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet, soaking tub, huge shower and double vanities. For multiple families traveling together, the Animal Kingdom inspired second bedroom suite acts as another master suite with a queen bed, 42” LED Roku TV with Netflix. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower combination and access to the living room.

**Outdoor Living**
The Disney experience continues outside too, in the pool and lanai with Hawaiian Disney motif. It has a FIRE TABLE for your early morning coffee and evening hanging out time. It even has a surfboard table! The POOL AREA is south facing, which means it's soaked with sun all day, has its own half bath so the kids don't have to track wet suits through the house.

And, if that’s not enough to keep everyone entertained, you can also set up a billiards tourney in the game room with pool table, foosball table and even a Arcade quality Air Hockey table. There is also a dedicated LED TV W/Wii in the games room, fun for everyone. XBOX ONE S in the living room. High speed (500 mbps) unlimited Free Wi-Fi throughout keeps you connected. Other modern conveniences include a newer washer and dryer, newer air-conditioning (2019), and smart house features like keyless entry and NEST automation and Ring alarm. Traveling with little ones? We have a new highchair, playpen and strollers for you to use for free. Going to the beach? We have beach chairs, an ice chest, and a beach umbrella for your beach days.

All this and the house is located in a safe and quiet subdivision within 15 minutes of Disney, 25 minutes to Universal, Wet ‘n Wild and LegoLand. It’s just off Interstate 4 and 192, so you can easily reach restaurants, shopping, a movie theater with IMAX and world-class golfing in 5 minutes. Take the day and head to Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf beaches an hour west. Or, head an hour east to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and the Space Coast.
