Little Red House Great spot for Downtown Events!

Great Location in Old East Hill Preservation District, Pensacola, Florida. This unique 1880’s historic home with private courtyard is located just blocks-away from all the great downtown festivities- one block from the Civic Center and the Palafox Market, and just a few blocks tk historic downtown Pensacola with great restaurants, museums, galleries, festivals in Seville Square, and the Blue Wahoos stadium, just to name a few of the things to do in our historic Pensacola.....and only a 15 minute scenic drive to to the beach.

Everything is located on the first floor of the house... The unique ship’s ladder will not be needed to access any of the rooms in the house.

The Red House is a fantastic place to stay in Pensacola. Great location, good restaurants ( try Cafe Single Fin- delicious and an easy walk), easy highway access. Great communications with the hostess- she’s extremely nice and very easy to work with. The Red House is a very cool property, clean , comfortable, and one of the most delightful king beds we’ve slept on! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Perfectly located convenient to all City areas this quaint little red house offers the perfect spot for a couple to explore Pensacola. It is neat and clean and fully decked out with everything you need for a nice long weekend. Thoughtful accommodations include microwave and toaster Keurig with coffee and even cream in the refrigerator. Nice biscuits provided to enjoy with your morning coffee. Inside or out there are plenty of places to enjoy and relax.

We loved everything about the Little Red House. The neighbor was super cute and quiet. The house has everything we needed for our stay. We walked down town to Gallery Night and the Saturday Morning market. We attended a concert at the Bay Center during our stay and we were so close that we were in our pajamas before most of those people were even out of the parking lot. We highly recommended!

The little red house is a great place to stay!! We came here and stayed 5 nights for our 1st anniversary trip and really enjoyed our stay!Everything was very clean and comfortable! The pictures I posted where pictures that I took when we got there I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Pensacola!

Little red cottage

Outstanding accommodations and very convenient to all major attractions. The house is very charming with many nice little features such as a small library, games, beach chairs and umbrella.

Great stay!

We had a great time at this spot. Check in was easy and the place was spotless. Great location as well for everything you’d want in Pensacola. When we come back, we are definitely using the Little Red House again.

Very Nice!

This VRBO is a great place for a couple to stay while visiting Pensacola. It was very clean and comfortable and stocked with niceties like food treats and things you might have forgotten (like suntan lotion).

Adorable historic home refurbished to maintain quaintness of yesteryear, but also with modern appointments. Neighborhood was quiet which made morning coffee in the garden area very calming. Owner was fantastic with timely communication and very accommodating.

Lived little red house!

It was perfect location, was just as it looked online! Everything was clean and smelled clean! Cute little courtyard, kitchen well stocked and bathroom was very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again! Lovely stay for our granddaughter’s wedding! Thanks so much!

Memorial Weekend 2025

This is such a quaint little house and neighborhood.This is my second stay here and it was just as nice and clean as the first time. The owners take pride in keeping it clean and well stocked with everything you may need for your stay. If your looking for a place to stay in Pensacola, I recommend (THE LITTLE RED HOUSE)I look forward to staying here again.

Excellent Location

I use this location every year, and every year it’s great. Checkin and checkout is super easy. The welcome snacks and water are always pleasant. Super comfortable bed.

Comfortable and Convenient

The Little Red House was perfect for our stay. The house was comfortable and convenient to the historic downtown of Pensacola. The neighborhood was very walkable, clean and safe. The outside space was private and comfortable.

I came to Pensacola for a beach party in 1977 and loved it. I moved to Pensacola after college in 1981. I became involved in preservation of this neighborhood, and it was later designated as Old East Hill, a preservation district.

I love the historic buildings in Pensacola and the history.
The first time I saw this property, I was job hunting after college in 1979. I thought it looked like the land that time forgot, it was original and very unique. A year later, my future husband, told me that he had a great property to show me. This corner was the property.
