Quaint and private mountain stone and wood cottage

One bedroom and one bath. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, age 12 and under.

The bedroom has King-size bed, two-person Jacuzzi tub, a 30" flat panel cable TV+DVD. The extra large living area features a natural stone, wood-burning fireplace, pool table, a 48" Wide Screen cable TV+DVD, a queen futon sleeper for the kids, a stereo with CD Player & free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped & has a full size washer & dryer. Enjoy the mountain view from the 10' x 26' sun-room with extra large windows that roll open so that it becomes a screened-in porch. The deck is totally private for gazing at the mountains or dreaming under the stars in the hot-tub. JT's Jungle is located right between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, not more than a 5 or 10 minute drive into either area.

Quiet stsy

Quiet place, great view. Was a little disappointed, several none working lights. It may have been the badly outdated switches. Little TLC would make it a great place.

Great location

The location was very convenient, close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The home was spacious and the fireplace was great.

Smoky mountain stay

Our stay was great, we brought our chocolate lab with us and it was perfect, enough space to walk her and let her lay out in the fenced deck. The house was very large in the common area. Definitely an older home with older home smells and some questionable areas that are likely just because it is old. The sun room was wonderful though. I enjoyed the natural light a good view and a cup of coffee. We even got to see a bear in the driveway. Overall the location was the best part, right between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge made it so convenient. Only suggestion would be maybe a few updates to the bedding and a lighter for the fire place and grill, that was the only thing we were missing that we really needed.

Great House!

What a cool house! We thoroughly enjoyed JT's Jungle. It was clean and the views from the porch were amazing. It was also a lot larger in person than the photos make it look. We spent most of our time at the house playing pool, cooking/grilling, and using the hot tub. The location was private and just a few minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We were also able to bring our dog, which was a huge plus. There a few items missing that are typically included with a rental, which would have been nice to have (salt and pepper, oil to cook with, extra dish towels, extra paper towels and trash bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets, tools to clean the charcoal grill). Not a big deal by any means but thought these items would be helpful for future guests. Overall, 5 stars! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
