Located in prestigious Chalet Village and minutes from Ober Gatlinburg. Nestled on a peaceful riverfront , this phenomenal property offers a large living room with a fireplace and large screen TV; separate full kitchen area and a superior king bed in master bedroom with an additional tv ; additional queen size sleeper sofa bed in living area; indoor private whirlpool spa for several people; its perfect for a relaxing retreat . So it sleeps four, as it has the additional sleeper sofa with a queen size bed. With amenities like a large pool with adjacent beautiful waterfall ; coin laundry, AC;, hair dryer, WiFi, heating, large covered balcony with chairs over the beautiful moving river, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. There is a resident bear who comes on the property several times a day just walking around minding his own business...so no need to worry. He likes to make his way down by the river and grill area. Explore the enchanting surroundings with wildlife and mountains or simply unwind in the tranquility of this charming place.. Ober Gatlinburg is right up the hill with skiing , tubing and gorgeous mountain views.! Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. The property was just as advertised. It was perfect for two of us with everything we could want. Debra is an amazing and welcoming host. The waterfall was wonderful to look at and to have as background sound while relaxing. Thanks so much for a great time!

Great place to stay and close to down town with a little drive. The stay was clean and check in was a little different but easy to deal with. We would book that place again for a small get-a-way

The condo was pet friendly and close to the National Park. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The host was really great also. Overall a great experience.

yes.. it's very "quiet" and relaxing as there is a river running underneath and you are directly next to a waterfall and can hear it outside your window as you rest and enjoy the large indoor Jacuzzi or snuggle up by the fireplace. . Glad you enjoyed the easy access to downtown and hope you saw the resident bear on property.

What a cozy and "Bear'y" cute place for a restful stay! The view out the balcony was serene and peacful, the 2 person jacuzzi tub hit just the spot after the end of a long day exploring the area, and the room was comfortable and clean. All the necessary amenities were available and it was a lovely piece of restful pleasure in the heart of the Smokies. The host was very comunicative and a pleasure to work with.

It was a great location loved the creek being below me that we could see from balcony and I was able to take my teacup poodle with us for an extra fee. It was the perfect. The host was easy to deal with. The unit is older but it was perfect for what it cost to rent. I would stay again.

Amazingly relaxing stay

Balcony overlooking a stream and waterfall beside the pool offered unparalleled beauty and peacefulness. The king size bed was very comfortable and relaxing in the hot tub and watching tv was just what we needed. Location is perfect for visiting Gatlinburg or bypassing Gatlinburg to go to Pigeon Forge.

What we were looking for

The owner, Debra, was super friendly and available to answer any questions. It was a very quiet location and the waterfall/creek outside made for a very relaxing environment.

Weekend Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. Perfect for the two of us, and our two Goldendoodles. Unit was clean and cozy, and Debra was extremely helpful. Just a short 1.5 mile drive down the mountain to downtown, and the Great Smoky Mtn N.P.

The perfect getaway

We loved this place! Very clean with all the amenities that you could need. Debra was very easy to communicate with and made the check-in/out process effortless. We will definitely be back!
