Perfect mid-town location. Beautiful 2nd floor 2 bedroom bayside condo on 23rd street in Ocean City, MD (Behind 'The Embers Restaurant' and Next to 'Fish Tales Bar'). Walking distance to beach, many restaurants and the boardwalk. Balcony with bay view, swimming pool and parking. Sleeps 7 (King, single bunk with double bed on bottom and Queen sleeper sofa). 2 TVs, DVD, High speed internet. Boat slip included.

Very quiet area, can take a short walk to the Bahia Marina to watch the OC Charter Fishing boats return. Or rent a small boat or jet ski to use in the bay.

Serenity

Beautiful view of mountains and lake. Calm quiet serenity on deck outside with birds in pine tree overlooking water. Bedroom downstairs great window views and great when one does not want to be climbing up and down stairs. Upstairs 3 beds great views. Grilled steaks on propane grill. Kitchen well stocked. The 3 of us were pleased👍🏼

2 major restaurants outside of the door! Boats galore to watch in the bay! Awesome place to stay with so many things you need available...and the owner is so kind! There wasn't anything we didn't like except the fact we could have used another 2 weeks😉 at the beach!

The views was amazing

The accommodations were comfortable and the views fantastic, but the cabin is in desperate need of a deep cleaning top to bottom. It just felt run down. We didn't use the table and chairs outside because it was filled with pine needles , spiders and spider webs, also the bushes blocked that great view of the lake. The only bed big enough for a couple to sleep is upstairs in the queen bed. . With a little effort in updating the small appliances, cookware, cooking utensils in the kitchen, the lighting in the living room and the linens .... this cabin could have great potential. After speaking with the management company upon my return, I'm sure they will make the necessary cleaning and updates it desperately needs. The cabin is within walking distance to the marina where you can rent boats and paddle boards. They also had 2 fishing poles to use so that you could fish off of the bank. All in all it was a good trip.

Summer Getaway

The property was in a great location, close to restaurants/ bars. The condo itself was great, very roomy and quiet. The beds were comfortable and all appliances worked great. We had zero issues. Sitting on the back deck relaxing watching the boats go by was probably the best part of the vacation.

Fantastic location, but the property needed some love

You’re not going to find a better spot this cabin! Right on the lake, fantastic views. However, the property was in dire need of upkeep and updating. For example, there’s no dishwasher, which means the plates and silverware and items in the kitchen have never been thoroughly washed in the dishwasher with scolding hot water. Bathrooms are severely dated, beds were old and lumpy, etc. As great as a location was, I would suggest they spend some of the profits back into the cabin to update it and make it a place that you don’t resist returning to at the end of a fun day of the week.

Cozy home

We had a good time over the long weekend to spend in ocean city at mikes place. The apartment was nice and clean, tastefully decorated in a beach theme, kids called it cozy. We got some bad weather but made most watching movies, playing games and being together as a family. Mike is a wonderful and highly responsive host. He also left some goodies in fridge and water which was very helpful next morning - thank you Wonderful place for family of 4 and we would visit again Thanks

Great two weeks. Location is perfect. Great view of bay and sunset. Would go back anytime.

This is the nicest condo we ever rented. Updated appliances and everything you need to cook with. And Mike was easy to get ahold of if you need to. Thanks again Mike.

The apartment was clean and extremely organized and well equiped. Mike was very responsive with all our questions and ensured that we had everything we needed. All stars. We are already looking forward to go back again!!

Great place and location

We had a wonderful week. It was a nice, low key getaway. The condo was perfect with friendly neighbors. The beach is close, Plenty of restaurants near by. I would love to rent this again!

Best place to stay in Ocean City hands down

We really enjoyed our stay with Mike. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. From fully stocked kitchen to the balcony overlooking the bay it felt like we were staying at our own small luxury resort. The place is a short walk from the beach but is definitely on a quieter side of town which was exactly what we wanted. Mike was very easy to communicate with. Overall an A+ experience - we will definitely be back.

DON"T stay at this neglected property with a lot of spiders!

I have hesitated to leave a negative review, as I always like to give the benefit of the doubt. That said, I rely heavily on reviews when making my decision about where to stay on a vacation, so it's only fair to leave an honest review for others who are considering this property. In addition, they charged a hefty fee per night for owner/cleaning and the place is in desperate need of deep cleaning. We were only there for a total of 1 1/2 days and I had four semi-large spiders run out at us in the tiny little bathroom, one even ran over my foot! And a cricket jumped at me another time, again, in the tiny bathroom. Horrifying to say the least! The bedrooms upstairs are nice and beds comfy enough, but double beds not large enough for a couple, in our opinion. I slept in one of the twins, so it all worked out. If you have to go to the potty in the middle of the night as I usually do, the stairs were narrow and steep and very creaky! Also, a nice view of the top of the fireplace had large rat droppings. Our friends took the downstairs bedroom and said the bed was very small and uncomfortable. The mattress sunk in the middle. They also had a spider in their bathroom. The view from the property is beautiful. And the deck area could be very cozy but it was wrought with spider webs and in need of some tlc. The house is dated and could also use some tlc. If the view and close proximity to the lake is most important to you, you will have to overlook a lot, not to mention their fee, but those two things are the only positive things I would say about this place. I regret not complaining as soon as we arrived so that we might get a refund for the hefty cleaning fee that they charge. Fighting spiders and looking at rat droppings is a sign that that fee is not used for cleaning. We could have stayed at a hotel in Durango for this price and likely had a very clean room with a potty near the bed! I hate to leave such a review, and almost resent the time I've to take in order to do so. The house had a for sale by owner sign on it, so that says a lot about the care and keeping of it.

Very positive experience, the place was nice and as advertised. The cleaning service could do a better job. At first glance the place looks clean but as you settle in things begin to pop up. There was a ton of dust under the beds, the toilets weren’t cleaned great either. Overall though the place was amazing and my family and I would absolutely stay again and hopefully get the chance to in 08/2020.

Great Little House on the Lake!

Loved our stay at the lake house. Beautiful views and great location. If only the 1st floor bedroom had a queen bed... and the parking should have been explained better - good thing we didn’t bring the bike and trailer. But overall a great place to stay, would definitely rent it again.

Perfect Ocean City Spot

Harbor Towne condos are a great place to stay in Ocean City. The location is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The kids have immediate access to 2 mini golf locations. Plus the condos have a great pool, boat dock, bay access and one of the best sunset views in the area. In addition, you are crawling distance from Fish Tales which is one of the better restaurants in Ocean City with great food, casual setting and good bartenders. We've stayed at 6 different units in Harbor Towne. But this one is definitely the best. The owners offer a few extras that make it feel much more like a home than a rental including extra blankets, pillows, toiletries, flat screens tvs, dvd player, music system, hand soaps, trash bags, etc. This is the perfect sized rental for a larger family or two small ones. In fact, their 2nd room that has a pyramid bed also had an extra air mattress. If you're coming to OC this is the only place to stay.

Best on the Bay!

You will not find a better place in all of Ocean City! This place had an unbeatable view of the bay (any closer and you would be swimming!) The balcony is perfect for meals or cocktails. We didn't ever want to leave! It feels as though you are the only people around as the walls around the balcony provide complete privacy. The condo is extemely clean and very well appointed. Unlike other places I have stayed, it truly has a complete kitchen with everything you could possibly need. There is lots of storage space and the rooms are large. You could easily sleep 7 or even more if you want to use an air mattress. There are tv's in every room and the WiFi is easy to connect to. The owners were helpful with any questions we had and were very personable and easy to work with. It felt as though they wanted us to have the perfect beach experience, and we did! The neighborhood is quiet, yet a very easy walk to everything OC has to offer. If you like mini golf, there are two courses right outside the building. You can park your car for the entire trip and walk or take the bus just about everywhere. I have stayed in lots of beach condos in the past, but by far, this one is the best!

This was a wonderful plac...

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and quiet and it had everything we needed to feel like we were at home during our 2 week visit. The owner was very easy to work with and very friendly.I am very glad that I chose this condo. I will surely stay here each time we visit OC.The pictures do not do it justice, looks even better in person and the views from the balcony are wonderful.
