The bay is right across the service road, and you'll have a fantastic view! Only 2 blocks to the beach, boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean! The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite and smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a twin bed and a Smart TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two twin beds, so this condo sleeps 7 people comfortably. In addition to the Smart TVs (you can log in with your credentials) there is also cable TV, central AC, high speed internet/Wi-Fi and a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo is on the third floor, and the building has an elevator. You'll also get two parking spots. This is the perfect condo for the perfect Ocean City vacation! You can walk to Fish Tales, Bahia Marina, The Other One Brewing Co., Cowboy Coast Saloon, Blu Crab House, Dunkin, Mini Golf just to name a few.

*The property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $127.35. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
