With prime location you can walk to the college, Davidson Lake, farmer's market, outdoor movies in town, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Also, catch a parade on Main St during the major holidays. Enjoy time on the balconies while drinking complimentary coffee and entertain your guests w/ a fully equipped kitchen.

This comfortable condo has touches of greenery and succulents. Great natural light warms the space and the large master bedroom feels airy! Open all the french doors for a cooling breeze in both the master bedroom and living room. You can sit on the modest balconies and bask in the sun.

Cleanliness of the unit is our specialty! Not only is the condo professionally cleaned between each guest, but longer term renters can enjoy a complimentary weekly cleaning service to show our commitment to cleanliness and care for the space!

Family Time

The property was very clean and in a great location. The owner is very responsive. The area is quiet, but with walking distance to shops and restaurants. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Visiting the Charlotte area

My husband and I visited the Charlotte area to get to know it better. This condo was perfect, so much space, very clean and in a great neighborhood. I walked to/from Davidson College every day and enjoyed my coffee on the patio to start my day. Great location to spend a few days in this lake community.

July 4th weekend

Very nice condo. Comfortable, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we could possibly need.- enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

Great Weekend Stay

The property was nice and clean. Convenient to downtown Davidson and the interstate. Very easy to check in. Quiet and a low stress location. We will definitely stay again.

Great Location.

Great location and very clean. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Davidson college. Tastefully decorated and well stocked with toiletries and snacks. Exceptional cleaning standards - very important to us! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Great Location

We spent a long weekend attending our daughter's commencement at Davidson College. The condo is a relatively short (about 10 minutes) and easy walk to campus and main street (even in the heat). The condo is close to Whit's Creamery, which I think is a big plus for those who like cold treats. Communication with Gaylen was clear and responsive. The condo is spacious (we had 3 adults). It was spotless when we arrived. Comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Davidson College.

A charming, spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment and truly in a prime location-a MUST STAY!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this apartment, one of the top Vrbo places we’ve stayed at to date. Gaylen was extremely responsive, emailed us a heads up about a slightly delayed check-in and accommodated us with an extended check-out time. Wonderful communication with Gaylen before, during and after our stay (thank you again for all your local area recommendations!). We spent long weekend for a family bridal shower but made sure to set aside some time to explore nearby area by apartment because it looked so inviting—walk-through community garden (at the corner, up from the apartment. Met some of the volunteers tending the garden, so friendly!), Davidson College campus (Beautiful! Enjoyed the art sculptures, especially the unique mixed hardwoods, “Common Ground”), downtown Davidson (attended their Farmer’s Market on Saturday as recommended by Gaylen-a MUST to do-one of the best ones we’ve attended with all the fresh produce (Barbee Farms), delectable pastries (Destin Bakery's babka and breads-hazelnut/chocolate babka insanely delicious), flowers/jewelry/misc, 9-12pm, vendors come from all around, even as far as 2 hours away, as well as families!); and of course, Whit’s Creamery, local cold custard shop (only a few walking minutes from apartment, just down some steps, on other side of apartment. Very tasty!). Apartment very spacious and super clean! Extremely comfortable beds, plenty of linens/blankets/pillows and sizable bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. Gaylen even provided some travel breakfast snacks/drinks like Keurig coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cereal, granola bars and even bowl of Lindner’s chocolates! Haven’t seen this at any other Vrbo place we’ve stayed yet (very nice, welcoming, personal touch!) Never used the TV, too many other activities walkable or short driving distance. There are railroad tracks close by but found out from local residents it is pretty much inactive, maybe few times a year train comes through, mostly to spray for weeds (there were actually flowers blooming on the tracks, next to community garden so tells you train doesn’t come through often). Overall a fun, family time and amazing accommodations, wish we could’ve stayed longer (maybe next time!). Thanks again, Gaylen!!

Great Location, comfortable place.

Awesome place and very well appointed. Our events were rained out so the games were a trip saver. Maybe build a welcome book with check out procedures. Also, warning that the steps are very slick in the rain.

Perfect spot

I often stay in VRBO properties. This one was perfect for our needs. The rooms are sizable. It has very easy walking access to Davidson and even has a bit of a view out the windows. It worked well for our needs. I recommend it.

I’m originally from California but my parents moved to NC in 2004 and I followed shortly in 2008. I purchased the condo new and really enjoyed living there!! I come back and visit whenever possible but now I live in Florida and work on the yachts down there. I try to give 5-star hospitality to my condo guests, the same way I do for the boat guests. My standards of cleanliness are high ... especially in this COVID world! I manage from afar but have a great team working with me. Together, we hope to take care of any of your needs to make it a great and comfortable stay ... so let me know if there's anything, I mean ANYTHING I can do for you!

Location, location, location!!! It just doesn't get much better than this!!! Everything is so easily accessible and within walking distance! The condo has a great feel, lots of light, and I have been getting great compliments on the decor ... not too cluttered, not too sterile. Come stay and make this your home for your visit, wether it's a weekend getaway or a longer stay!
