This 1st floor condo has been described by renters as a "home away from home." It provides every comfort to enjoy lakefront living. Relax on the large covered porch and watch the sunset. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Feel right at home with comfortable beds, smart TV’s in every bedroom, wireless internet, and plenty of space and seating for your entire family. When you are ready to explore, the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas are overflowing with parks and trails, sporting events, shopping, boating, family activities, and unique dining.

The condo has 3 bedrooms (king, queen and 2 extra-long twins). The spacious master suite has a king bed, private bath with whirlpool tub, and a walk-in closet. The open floor plan includes a bar-height granite counter looking into the kitchen. The dining table for 6 adjoins the living room. Enjoy the waterfront view while dining on the patio or head to the boardwalk, just steps away, and take a peaceful stroll to LakeHouse Wine Bar & Grill.

Another great visit to Harborside!! This condo is in a perfect location and is beautiful. Beds are comfortable and it is immaculate! Highly recommended a stay here!!

Peaceful wonderful retreat nearby all the things you would want (Whole Foods, Publix, Shops and movie theater at Birksdale).

We had a wonderful girls 46 yr anniversary stay. We've been friends since the first day of college. Though life took us all in different directions with careers and raising our families, over the years we have tried to find a few days to come together. This condo was perfect for this special time. The complex is quiet. This condo has lots of room to spread out and a great room area with a connected patio that's perfect for socializing, and hanging out. It's right on a canal with easy access to the walking path to stretch your legs and enjoy the lake. Our hostess was terrific with communication and her check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier. The unit is very clean and refreshing.

This was a really nice place, it was in great condition and the location was excellent. There was plenty off street parking and the neighborhood was very serene, we really enjoyed hanging out here for 3 nights.

Our stay was great. The condo was lovely clean and spacious. Outdoor patio was perfect in the evening, the boardwalk and pool were great amentiies as well. This was more than spacious for our family of 4. Great restaurants, shopping nearby as well.

Only positive things to say about our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen dining room and living room space was open and roomy. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable. The outside patio is so nice. The area is quiet but in the center of so many things to do. Jetton park and Ramsey park so close. Birkdale is right there as well. And we loved taking walks every morning and evening on the lake boardwalk. My family had a perfect stay here. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Kim’s condo and would love to stay here again. Thank you, Kim. It was a great stay.

Great place!

We had a great time the week we were visiting Cornelius. The condo was clean and well equipped for all of our cooking needs. Bedding was comfortable and the location was fantastic!

We used to live in New York and New England before moving to the Lake Norman area in 2004. It is a perfect location for year-round living or a vacation get-away. The warm weather attracted us to the area, and now the rest of our northern family loves to visit us here. There is always something to do, but it is also a great place to unwind & relax when you need to.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The lakefront condo is an ideal spot to enjoy the lake and all it offers -- while also being only 20 minutes from Charlotte and major sporting events. Even closer to shopping (outlets) and local colleges. It is also less than an hour to wineries, and hiking (which we still love to do!). We live 10 minutes away from the condo so are always available.
