This 1st floor condo has been described by renters as a "home away from home." It provides every comfort to enjoy lakefront living. Relax on the large covered porch and watch the sunset. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Feel right at home with comfortable beds, smart TV’s in every bedroom, wireless internet, and plenty of space and seating for your entire family. When you are ready to explore, the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas are overflowing with parks and trails, sporting events, shopping, boating, family activities, and unique dining.

The condo has 3 bedrooms (king, queen and 2 extra-long twins). The spacious master suite has a king bed, private bath with whirlpool tub, and a walk-in closet. The open floor plan includes a bar-height granite counter looking into the kitchen. The dining table for 6 adjoins the living room. Enjoy the waterfront view while dining on the patio or head to the boardwalk, just steps away, and take a peaceful stroll to LakeHouse Wine Bar & Grill.

Exceeded expectations

The place was roomy, clean and beautifully set up. The porch was amazing looking out towards Norman Lake. It was quiet, homey and close to my son's home. Couldn't have asked for more.

What a lovely spot

This is such a lovely home. The kitchen is a good size, the furniture is comfortable, and the deck is perfect. We really liked staying here.

Great place!

We had a great time the week we were visiting Cornelius. The condo was clean and well equipped for all of our cooking needs. Bedding was comfortable and the location was fantastic!

Lake Norman Convenience

We had one of the nicest and covenant places we stayed since using VRBO's. We would go back to this place without question!

Great place to enjoy Lake Norman/Charlotte

The is a great 3 bedroom condo with lake views of LKN, and easy access to Charlotte. Loved the place, great patio by the lake and had everything we needed. Host Kim was very accessible, definitely would stay here again!

Lake Life

This unit is located in a wonderful lakefront community. Great for taking a dockside walk or a stroll through a tree-lined neighborhood. I met several friendly neighbors while out for a walk. The furnishings are very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Loved the waterfront view from the back patio too. Communications with the owner were excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and homey

This condo is beautiful with everything that you could need for a visit. It was very clean and updated. We walked to the restaurant for dinner along the water and it was just beautiful. It’s a lovely setting and a great and convenient location. Kim was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Long weekend with family

Lovely rental - very clean, well equipped, owner allowed us to arrive early; really beautiful location with water view and very easy to Birkdale Village shopping and Davidson College. Would visit again!

Heavenly Spring Break

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your wonderful condo. It had a nice view of the water and the patio was fabulous! We enjoyed most of our meals there. The condo had everything we needed and more!

Clean,Convenient and Well Equipped

We stayed for a month and the condo had everything we needed. It was hot and the air conditioner was nice and cold :) Great pool and convenient to everything

Great Condo!

We have stayed in this complex before and it is wonderful!! Our daughter lives in Huntersville and this is perfect! The unit was clean, beautifically decorated and we loved the lay out! We will definately be back!!

As Advertised Condo

The unit is a ground floor end unit which minimizes stairs and noise. The lake view is nice for watching sunsets. Unit is clean and well maintained.

Great condo

Great condo! The whole process was very easy. Owners were very nice; so were the neighbors above. Loved being able to stroll around a part of Lake Norman. Condo is in a great location too! Very positive experience!

Relaxing Condo

My husband and I recently stayed at the condo for a 2nd time. It is such a relaxing, quiet place to enjoy! We had friends of ours over for dinner on the patio and there was plenty of room for us to sit back and enjoy the view of Lake Norman. I'm sure we will be back again!

Beautiful condo in Cornelius

Property is just as stated .. beautifully decorated, water view and spotless! We all enjoyed our stay and the many activities in the Cornelius area....shopping and ice skating at Birkdale Village , waterfront dining on Lake Norman, video games at Spare Time! We hope to return and would highly recommend this rental . Excellent in every way!

Wonderful weekend

The setting for this condo is even more beautiful than the pictures. We traveled down from Ohio to visit friends who live nearby. What a wonderful place to sit outside and catch up. It was so relaxing and just what we were hoping for. Everything inside the condo was perfect and the owners were very accommodating. We are hoping to visit again soon. Thank you Tim and Kim.

We used to live in New York and New England before moving to the Lake Norman area in 2004. It is a perfect location for year-round living or a vacation get-away. The warm weather attracted us to the area, and now the rest of our northern family loves to visit us here. There is always something to do, but it is also a great place to unwind & relax when you need to.

The lakefront condo is an ideal spot to enjoy the lake and all it offers -- while also being only 20 minutes from Charlotte and major sporting events. Even closer to shopping (outlets) and local colleges. It is also less than an hour to wineries, and hiking (which we still love to do!). We live 10 minutes away from the condo so are always available.
