Very clean, comfortable, and well located house within Davidson. Everything about the house made the stay enjoyable and the hosts were friendly, very responsive, and made the entire process easy. A great location and atmosphere to enjoy visiting Davidson.

A cute and clean cottage in an excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Davidson. Space is light and airy, and very well kept. We appreciated the amenities (well stocked kitchen, desk to work, patio furniture & lighting out back, etc.). We'll be back!

Our stay in Davidson was great. The house is walkable to the cute downtown village. Our host was very responsive and allowed a later checkout which was nice.

This was our second year staying at this lovely home, it is perfect for visiting the area and Natalie makes sure that everything goes smoothly. We love the house, the yard and the neighborhood, it is a 10/10!

We couldn't have asked for a better location for the town of Davidson! A quaint, 5 minute walk down the quiet street and via a lovely path and you are in the heart of town with its wonderful restaurants and shops. We were there to move our son into Davidson, and it was a breeze to walk to his dorm or meet him in town. Parking is plentiful at the house, but we never used our car other than for dorm shopping runs out of town. Definitely hope to stay again - Natalie was an excellent host and the house is clean, well-appointed and welcoming!

Perfect, convenient stay right in the heart of Davidson! Rooms are clean and comfortable and it's easy to walk to the heart of town or even the lakefront. Our family of 5 had a great night here and would recommend it to anyone.

Great place, close to downtown and our sons house by lake Norman. Very clean place in a quiet neighborhood. Will book again for sure if it is available on our next trip here.

We stayed here while visiting family during the holidays and it helped us have a great stay! Location was quiet and within walking distance of downtown Davidson/Davidson College. We loved that it had a fenced in backyard since we brought out dog. The host was responsive and everything was well taken care of. We plan on trying to stay here again! Would definitely recommend!

Clean and cozy! We loved this house/property. My family of 4 and our dog stayed here while attending a family wedding. The house was the perfect size for us. One of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Very accommodating. Anything we needed, the owner had it there. Our dog loved the spacious fenced in backyard. It’s located a short, easy walk from downtown Davidson. Communication and instructions for everything was very detailed. I would definitely stay here again or any one of the other places from this owner.

Great Stay!

The cottage is warm and cozy with all the amenities of home. It was a great location, walkable to all Davidson has to offer. Will definitely stay again!

Charming home with everything you could need. Just a short walk to Davidson College and fun shops and food/drinks. Very friendly city. I highly recommend this home.

Great location

Clean and well located with a wonderful fenced back yard in case you’re traveling with pets. This cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to everything the charming town of Davidson has to offer.
