A Gem on the Emerald Coast

This was our first visit to Destin and we were very pleased with the property. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Direct access to the beach meant we could take lots of spontaneous beach walks. We had a bit of a glitch upon arrival but Teresa was very responsive and able to resolve the issue. The location is great, easy access to restaurants, shopping and attractions. We’d love to stay here in the future!

Great location and great condo. If you are light sleeper though, the can definitely hear the people above you. However, that wouldn't stop me from stay in this condo again.

Summer Family Vacation

Condo was excellent; pool/property nice; Beach chair service available; however, they line them up umbrella to umbrella and will not allow to sit in front, which would be fine if they would just give enough space to walk between. We first thought it was a one day crowded time but they did this everyday regardless if they were rented or not.

Better than you can imagine!

We normally stay in a high rise and find the beach area very crowded. This year we discovered a real gem. This low rise condo offers the best in beach life-- from beds to views. The beach is not crowded; the kids could run and play without worry. It's a very short walk from the door to the beautiful beach. My family even said they don't ever want to stay anywhere else so without a doubt we will back. We didn't have any problems, but when we needed info the owner, Teresa, was very quick to respond. You will never regret staying in condo 305!!

Perfection

Our stay was perfect from the gated entrance to parking area, the gated entry to the beach and pool area, and the keyless entry into this beautifully decorated condo. This condo is on the third floor and only a few steps from the elevator, which we never waited on for more than fifteen Seconds! The location of Teresa’s unit is located on the end of the complex , so you do not hear people coming and going, nor, the sound of the nearby elevator. It truly couldn’t be a better location. The condo is decorated in calming beach colors, comfy furniture in all room ls(yes, even the beds), and a balcony at the perfect level for a view of the dolphins we enjoyed watching each morning. The kitchen is very well stocked and met all of our needs. The beach is private for this condo

Best stay ever

This is our second year staying at this property. Last year my family said they never wanted to stay anywhere else. The newly renovated condo is perfect. The brightness, cleanliness and decor is the first thing noticed. From the comfort of the beds to the fully stocked kitchen to the gorgeous view of the gulf from the balcony, our stay was perfect. There is not one thing I could complain about. If you want the perfect place to stay,I highly recommend this condo. Teresa, the hostess, is very easy to work with even though we didn't have to make a contact this year, last year we did have minor problem but it was taken care of in a timely manner. We have stayed in high rises but never again since finding this gem.

Amazing condo

The condo was recently remodeled and is absolutely stunning. The best outfitted condo with kitchen supplies, games and activities we have ever stayed in. The host was so great to work with. Will definitely try to book again!

We have stayed in the Crystal Beach area of Destin several times and this was wonderful! We loved being right on the beach, security provided, and the cleanliness of the condo. It was perfect for our family.

Perfect Beach Spot

If you are wanting beachfront this is a great choice! Beds were comfortable and nice. The view was amazing. They just need to update their pictures. They have flat screen tvs in all the rooms and I think the pics showed older tvs so that was a nice surprise. Private beach access with a beach service available.

Excellent location!

We were two couples in our 60s and totally enjoyed this location, to sit out on the patio deck was excellent. Beautiful beach, white sand, great for beach walks but not many shells. Lots of condos right close together so there’s plenty of people. The unit was well equipped in the kitchen and fairly clean throughout with plenty of towels. The decor is quite dated and could really use an update with brighter colors. Plenty of room in the bedrooms but the bed was lumpy and hard. Security and codes made everything feel safe and easy to use. Would definitely stay here if we go to Destin again, but it’s a pretty busy place.

Love this place!

Would absolutely stay here again. Perfect view, and close to all the restaurants. If you have friends staying in other places then they are also probably right near by. The host was very quick to respond if we ever needed anything, and sent a very detailed list with instructions for everything- wifi, check-in, check-out, TV, etc. The condo was so cute! Definitely a bit squishy with 8 people, but that’s a given!! You’ll be on the beach, don’t worry about space!! The beds were very comfy, especially the twin bunk beds which is where I slept. The beach is also only a few steps away with so much space due to the private beach! (if wanting more people or to meet up with someone, the private beach is only a few minutes down the road!) I recommend this listing to anyone!

A couple of seniors looking for a long overdue vacation

Awesome. Awesome, Awesome! Great condo, great location, great views of the beach from the corner balcony, very clean. It was better than we ever imagined. Had the best vacation ever. Stores, local establishments very close. Very secure gated condo. Ready to book again for next year or sooner.

Great return visit!

A group of friends and I stayed again this summer for a week after a great trip in this same condo last summer! The check in and out are super easy. The condo has an AMAZING view of the beach. It’s a private beach with chair service included, and not crowded at all, even during summer season. Walking distance to the grocery store or a quick drive to other options. We love to get coffee in the morning and sushi for dinner directly across the street. The owner is very responsive! We had a small maintenance issue and she was quick to reply and send someone out. We definitely plan to return here again! The kitchen is very well stocked for anything you may need, the beach is breath taking, and the property in good shape. We very much look forward to another relaxing trip next summer!

Annual Destin Vacation

We always stay in Emerald Dunes since we love the location and the private beach. Our condo was clean and spacious and very well kept. The views were amazing. Highly recommend
