Revel Farm: Spread over 214 acres of rolling hills and framed by the Blue Ridge Mountains, Revel Farm is an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The farm boasts spectacular Virginia Horse Country views, wooded acres perfect for hiking and exploring, a relaxing salt water pool with integrated hot tub, hammocks, Adirondack chairs, stone fire pit, fitness center, sauna, outdoor shower, grill, and more! We hope you enjoy your getaway on the farm, as much as we love calling it home.Main StreetSperryville is only a mile away and is the quintessential "Small Town USA" with kind folks and plenty of activities to explore.

Main House: living room, full kitchen with gas stove, dining room, laundry room, primarybedroom (queen bed, closet, full bathroom, tv, private patio) guest room suite (king bed, closet, full bathroom, desk w/printer), bonus room/cubby with two twin beds),fully-equipped gym with sauna(punching bag, bench, treadmill, Peloton bike, tv, massage table,TRX,yoga mats, The Mirror, free weights, kettle bell and more).
Pool House and Pool/Hot Tub: umbrellas, lounge chairs, couch, dining table, grill area, beautiful views, bathroom, changing room, outdoor shower, tv, Wifi, sink, fridge, ice maker,binoculars, games, and more.

Just the escape we were looking for!

This was a perfect break from the hustle and bustle for us. We felt totally alone but still very taken care of. Property is gorgeous. Town had all the amenities. Beautiful area to explore. We really loved our stay.

Short stay in the country

The property is amazing! I would love to go back during the summer to utilize the pool. House is very well taken care of and fully stocked. Great time!

Exceptional in Every Way

Our long weekend stay at Revel Farm far exceeded our expectations and gave our family an experience we will never forget. Everything about the house, pool and gardens is simply perfect, while the surrounding scenery is simply breathtaking. We cannot wait to return again soon!

Sperryville farm and cottage

Lovely home on a lovely property. Everything about this listing lived up to our expectations. We had a great stay and enjoyed walking the dogs around the property, exploring Sperryville and the surrounding area, and dining at the many great restaurants in Sperryville and Washington, VA. We hope to visit again the summer.

Gorgeous setting, beautiful home

We loved our getaway to this spot. It was clean, very well appointed and just felt luxurious. Wish the pool/hot tub would have remained open for our stay, but loved it nonetheless. We’ll be back!

Truly Amazing Property

Beautiful house sitting on an amazing property! Owner was friendly and responsive. The pool and spa/hot tub were even working for us in late November. Not sure I’ve ever seen a better home gym in a rental property - Peloton bikers make sure to bring your shoes! We have already booked our next stay, and look forward to returning.

Spectacular estate

The grounds are amazing. The house is comfortable. Unfortunately, it was rainy and cool for the pool area, which is also amazing.
