Unit J is fully furnished with 2 Bedrooms, 1 King bed in master, 2 full beds in 2nd bedroom, 2 bathroom(s), Fully equipped kitchen, Balcony , Washer and Dryer, Flat screen TVs, High speed wireless internet (WIFI) and an Outdoor shower(s) . Also included are beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. Amenities include private walkways to the beach, two outdoor pools, a beautiful courtyard, gazebos, outdoor grilling facilities and laundry accommodations. It’s a nice property for 200 per night. The bathroom in master bedroom is very small and the condo itself is small too. But we liked the convenience to the beach.

My husband and I have stayed here many times and it’s always the very first place I check for availability. It is absolutely amazing! The owner is so kind. The condo is just perfection. It is just like going home each time we stay. There’s just so much I could say about how great it is? but I think perfection just says it all! Thank you again for another wonderful stay. Can’t wait until the next trip!!

Another fantastic stay at this location! This trip was a spontaneous getaway, and the owner was incredibly accommodating. She’s always wonderful to work with and promptly responds to any questions or requests. This is my favorite place to stay in Atlantic Beach because it feels like home, but even better! The place is always spotless, and the surrounding area is beautiful and conveniently located.

The property was clean and as advertised. The amenities were good. The condos were quiet even over a holiday weekend, which was good for the sleep of everyone including our little one.

This condo is very comfortable and homey providing whatever you need during your stay. Terry is quick to respond if you have any needs/questions during your stay. This was our 4th year staying here and we’ve already reserved it for the same week next year. The location is great in the complex, it’s very easy to access. This condo is set up perfectly

Southwinds -Atlantic Beach

We loved the condo at Southwinds. We had everything we needed and condo was very clean. The complex was also very well maintained. Beautiful beach and lovely area!

Beautiful and very clean. Easy access to the beach and very nice beach itself. A lot of attractions to explore within driving distance and close to many great restaurants. Amazing stay overall!

Pleasant stay

Well cared for, comfortable bed, and well equipped with the essentials; this condo was perfect for our escape from the frigid weather we left at home. Easy access to the beach was appreciated and proximity to Fort Morgan and the NC Aquarium was a plus

Thanksgiving vacation

This is our third year staying at this condo and we’ve already booked it for next year. It’s well stocked, clean and extremely comfortable. This condo is in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. You can’t go wrong staying here!
