Rehoboth Getaway / 2bd with Hot Tub /3.7mi beach/outlets

This 2 bed/1 bath unit is the top floor of our duplex style home and is tastefully decorated and centrally located! Enjoy a lovely deck with brand new patio furniture for morning coffee. The home is close to outlet shopping, restaurants, and just 3.7 miles to the beach. Our neighborhood is just off Route 1, and tucked away - just like any gem! The space has incredible amenities with a fully stocked kitchen, free parking, fast wifi, laundry on site, and a great outdoor area complete with a hot tub, fire pit, and grill.

We love our Rehoboth Beach gem because it is so close to everything! Whether you’re in town for a shopping weekend or the beach, we have you covered. Our home is located right next to all of the outlet shopping centers and just a quick 3.7 mile jaunt to the beach. During the holidays we are just 1.5 miles from Schellville Village which is awesome for the whole family. Just a couple miles across the highway from our home is a parking lot for bike trails access too!

Guests have access to the entire private upstairs unit. Our home is an attached duplex and we sometimes also host other guests in the downstairs unit. Guests also have access to the backyard and in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Guests have access to the brand new outdoor shower, hot tub, outdoor dining area and fire pit. This is a shared space between the top and bottom unit, but there is room for everyone! Instead of sharing a hot tub space at a hotel or condo with tons of guests, we feel sharing with just one other unit is so much better on vacation! We are one of the few listings in Rehoboth Beach that are able to offer a hot tub. See house rules for more info.

We are always available to our guests during your stay. We are glad to exchange phone numbers and emails if needed, but always reach out to us on the platform messaging app first. We monitor the app during guest visits to ensure we are ready to help!

Our home is in a private neighborhood right off Route 1 and is right next to many amenities like the outlet shopping centers, across the highway from bike trail access, and within 2 miles of many grocery stores and restaurants. Some restaurants and bars are walkable! The beach is only a quick 3.7 miles down Route 1.

Since we sometimes also host guests in our downstairs home too, we ask guests to bring no more than 2 vehicles for parking and park on the left side of the spacious parking area. Getting to our home when returning from the beach (or further south) can be a little tricky. Making a U-turn on John Williams Highway in order to make a right into our neighborhood is required. It’s super easy, but adds 1-2 minutes to the drive.
-We request guests are at least 25 years of age to book. We do sometimes make exceptions.
- Please list every overnight guest on the reservation. We do not charge per person, but like to know how many will be staying with us for cleaning purposes.
- Quiet hours for our neighbors are after 10:00 pm.
-Hot tub use: By booking our home guests agree that hot tub use is at their own risk. The hot tub and outdoor area is a shared space with upstairs guests. There is enough space for everyone to enjoy the amenities and always ask all of our guests to be considerate of each other. Sharing space can be a great way to meet new friends and dine outdoors or play games like cornhole together! Please use our outdoor shower before entering. It is always important to consult a physician with any condition or illness. It is not recommended to consume alcohol or medication with hot tub use. We do not recommend children use the hot tub, but if parents decide that they can they must be supervised. Lastly, now that the important stuff is out of the way: have fun! We provide silicone cups for the hot tub.
- Please park on the left side of our large parking area in front of the home. We ask guests bring no more than 2 vehicles. Our downstairs guests park on the right side. There are EV Level 2 chargers on both sides.
- Most important rule: enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time!
