Welcome to paradise! Adorable newly renovated 12/24 canal house with floating dock and plentiful views of the water. Spacious yard on dead end street adjacent to vacant lots, and water frontage on 2 sides brings the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. Watch the pelicans, dolphins, sting rays, manatee, sea turtles and jumping fish from the spacious lanai or new large deck, or step out to the dock and throw your pole in. Deep water canal, minutes from the gulf, is perfect for boating or kayaking, with access to a floating dock (contact owner for docking reservation and rates). Enjoy the gorgeous views of the sunset and evenings at the firepit overlooking the canal (firewood not provided). Great restaurants, bars and entertainment are only minutes away.

Great little stay

This is such a great place to stay. We fished everyday and night and caught a lot. It’s such a cool property, I’ll recommend the stay to anyone.

Family Time in Hudson

This home was comfortable and conveniently located. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, as well as the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

Great location for us as we have family in the area. The place was clean, comfortable and on the canal. Dock came in handy! VERY relaxing just what we were hoping for. Looking forward to stay again!

Cleanliness: goodKim was quick to respond to any issues that came up during my 2 month stay. The outdoor spaces were my favorite during this time. Lots of different species of birds to watch, being right on the canal. We even had a sea otter show up to eat his catch of the day during our morning coffee!!! The area is very quiet and close to a few local restaurants which were all good and an ice cream shop. Shopping for essentials all within 5 minutes.I would recommend a railing down the middle of the stairs going out to the lanai though. With both doors opened you can't access the railing, which was not very safe for my elderly parents when they were visiting.

Great place!

The house is exactly as shown, they also went out of their way and provided us with a few poles, which my 10 yr old loved! We loved the location. Your not smack dead in town, but close enough to everything. Being on the canal was great! Wish we could've stayed longer.

Peaceful

This was a can't miss property. The large deck made relaxing in the evening fantastic. Located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors we had an amazing time. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely rent from Kim again.

Cozy trailer by a creek

The house was clean but there was a certain musty smell in the home upon arrival. Also leaky showers. Cozy overall.

Thank you for letting me know about the showers so I can address. Very surprised on the musty smell. The home is fully renovated with new flooring, paint, insulation and furniture. Perhaps the AC units need cleaning. I will have a look.

Check in was smooth. The place was beautiful and relaxing. She provided fishing poles, which was really sweet We had no issues, except having to leave. We wish we could stay forever lol. We had a wonderful time. Thank you

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was wonderful!! The decks are amazing and so relaxing. The place is surrounded by water and so calming. The host was available for all of our needs and very kind. Our only issue was that the water heater was very small. So getting everyone a hot shower took a little planning and work.

Hudson trip

Overall the stay was good. The owner was responsive when we had questions. I feel like the place could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise no issues.

Perfect Spot for Christmas Our Way

We wanted a Christmas fishing holiday and that's exactly what we got. Clean , well appointed accommodations, easy parking, quiet neighborhood and great neighbors, privacy, screened lanai and fishing right off the back yard and the whole end of the cul-de-sac to ourselves! Only thing missing was a fish cleaning station for all the fish we caught! We are already planning to return.
