Welcome to paradise! Adorable newly renovated 12/24 canal house with floating dock and plentiful views of the water. Spacious yard on dead end street adjacent to vacant lots, and water frontage on 2 sides brings the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. Watch the pelicans, dolphins, sting rays, manatee, sea turtles and jumping fish from the spacious lanai or new large deck, or step out to the dock and throw your pole in. Deep water canal, minutes from the gulf, is perfect for boating or kayaking, with access to a floating dock (contact owner for docking reservation and rates). Enjoy the gorgeous views of the sunset and evenings at the firepit overlooking the canal (firewood not provided). Great restaurants, bars and entertainment are only minutes away.

Ac did not cool the house

House could not be set any lower than 72. House stayed 78 during day with blinds shut. 73-74 at night. Notified owner, she sent Ac person but it did not help the ac at all. Overall house was nice. Dirty ceiling fans. AC was disappointing ang

Family Time in Hudson

This home was comfortable and conveniently located. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, as well as the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay

Very nice clean place. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Very nice water and dryer and dishwasher too, all seemed practically new. Loved the deck and lanai and my family enjoyed fishing off the fishing dock. Amazingly well stocked kitchen, we cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed including seasoning. The only complaints we have are the small hot water tank and the air conditioning. With 8 people we really had to stagger our showers so we all had hot water and the air conditioning seemed to be controlled somehow, we were unable to lower it below 73 at night and it was quite warm when trying to sleep. Definitely would stay again and recommend it, the price can’t be beat.

Nice Place With Lovely Porch

Good location for restaurants and stores. Very nice view from the large screened porch. We mostly rented this place because it was near friends and plenty of golfing nearby. As someone previously mentioned the stairs to the back porch are steep and the doors swing open so there is no immediate railing to grab. That wasn't a problem for me but my older sister had difficulty. The light bulb was missing out of the master bedroom bed side lamp. Most of the tv remotes needed batteries and weren't functioning properly. All the wall clocks needed batteries as well. This place has a cute seaside decor and was well stocked with paper products. My biggest complaint was they left me 2 dishwasher pods for a 5 night stay. I normally hand wash dishes on vacation when it's just me and my husband but this time was 4 people and I really needed the dishwasher.

After the Hurricane

Property was cleaned up and refurbished in a very short time after the yard, not the residence, was subjected to hurricane flooding and high winds. Good job!

Peaceful

This was a can't miss property. The large deck made relaxing in the evening fantastic. Located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors we had an amazing time. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely rent from Kim again.

Great place!

The house is exactly as shown, they also went out of their way and provided us with a few poles, which my 10 yr old loved! We loved the location. Your not smack dead in town, but close enough to everything. Being on the canal was great! Wish we could've stayed longer.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was wonderful!! The decks are amazing and so relaxing. The place is surrounded by water and so calming. The host was available for all of our needs and very kind. Our only issue was that the water heater was very small. So getting everyone a hot shower took a little planning and work.

Another Awesome Stay

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday. This place never fails to deliver!This is a perfect little haven. Fishing off the back dock, relaxing in the sun on the side deck or out of the sun with a good book in the screened lanai... Everyone has what they want here. There are stairs front and back which can be a little challenging for those with limited mobility but that is the only drawback. All amenities for a comfy relaxed stay. Hoping to come again next year

Great place

Great little place at the end of the block between two canals. Lots of outdoor space with a screened in patio. House itself was small but cozy. No bath tubs so not ideal for young children.

We loved the location. Beautiful scenery, clean neighborhood, and close to local restaurants. The house was a bit outdated, not saying that’s a problem, but a remodeling is needed. The bedsheets had a weird scent, so we washed them before we lay on them. The dishes and silverware were mildly dusty. The thing to pull up the blinds were rusted, my brother got cut on the broken one due to the rust. We left quiet a mess, no excuses on that part. No complaints, only explanation. Overall we had a great time. We apologize and thanks the owner for letting us spend some nights there.

Perfect Vacay!!

Just want to say how Beautiful Everything was!! How we had everything you needed! The beds were comfy and cozy. There are pretty views from all the windows! The back porch was great! Fishing off the doc was convenient and fun!! We did spend a lot of time at the VBRO. Enjoying all the beautiful scenery and the peaceful area. I used the grill to make us supper and enjoy supper on the back porch. Enjoyed the comfort of being like at home with extras for our vacation stay! It was above and beyond our expectations!! Kim was very easy to get in touch with her. We were able to check in a little early. Thank you Kim!! The fireworks off the canal and seeing them from every location around was astoundingly beautiful for The 4th of July!! We had ice cream at night from Hudson Ice Cream Parlor, you have to go there! And we went and watched the sunset at Hudson Beach. There was plenty of clean nice towels, tp, and hand soaps and all!! One thing I did notice was the updated plumbing. We are plumbers and the plumbing looked good! Lol 😂 This is the Best VBRO we have ever booked!! Thank you for the memorable stay!! We will be back!!! Until then y’all enjoy the beautiful comfy cozy home in Florida!! 🌴

Great spot!

House is lovely. We all had a wonderful stay. Very relaxing location and easy access to all surrounding areas. We spent a day in Tarpon Springs and Clearwater while there. The owner is very easy to communicate with. No issues throughout the week and neighbors were friendly.

Cute place!

Cute place and decor and the pictures were accurate! However it could have used a little more thorough cleaning, there was dog food under one of the beds still and on the bathroom rug, and the toilet in that same bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t think the bedding had been washed in that same bedroom either as there was a pretty strong odor, not of clean and fresh bedding. Other than that, the lanai was our favorite part of the house and it was nice not to have neighbors on either side of us and just the water! Overall we had a great stay!

Great Location

The property was a great location for us to go up and down the gulf on day trips. Unfortunately it warmed up early and the manatees had already left for the season. Kim did respectfully notified us 5 days prior to our booking that there was going to be construction on her sea wall and offered us a refund, although at that time we didn't want nor have time to find another place. Kim also responded when we had a problem. We enjoyed the dead end and lanai. It was peaceful in the mornings and evening. Although I would say that the home really only sleeps 6 comfortably. My youngest son slept on the oversized couch so not to share a room with his 6 foot 4 brother.

Wonderful stay!

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and there is attention to the details that made such a difference (comfy beds & bedding/towels/linens, plenty of supplies in kitchen & baths to make move-in & stay seemless,). The doors that open to the patio & waterfront were one of our favorite design details. We also spent as much time as possible on the patio & dock, enjoying the beautiful weather. We enjoyed a peaceful & truly enjoyable 4 nights. It is close to stores & restaurants...a great location.
