We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well equipped. We loved being able to jump on the kayaks and paddle down the river. Close to weeki wachee state park! Excellent communication when checking in and out! Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time! House was very clean, kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Loved that the house came with kayaks, paddle boards and a floating mat to enjoy in the canal any time we wanted. Seeing the manatees in the back yard were a huge bonus!

This was our second stay at Fin & Tonic and it’s easily our favorite place on the Weeki Wachee! The adorable home is always pristinely clean and has all the thoughtful “extras” you could need, with multiple SUP, kayaks, and the lily pad/mat being some of my favorites. The owner is very kind and responsive. We absolutely love staying here and can’t wait to return again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotless, the location was perfect, and communication with the host was top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out were the amenities. They truly thought of everything. Anytime we thought we might need something, it was already there. The home was comfortable, well-stocked, and clearly very well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Deron is a great host! If we had any questions, he was quick to respond. The house cute and a great location. It was clean and everything you need and more was provided. We kayaked and were able to see manatees. It was the perfect weekend to celebrate my Birthday! We will be back!

Stayed for a quick weekend visit with family that lives in the area. Home was clean, and perfectly located. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again for future stays.

Our host was very helpful. The house had everything anyone needs. We loved the screen in porch and patio/dock areas. Kayaking was great fun and we could see fish and the bottom in some spots. The house was also extremely clean. Great kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and host.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind & responsive. The house was beautiful, very clean, and actually felt much larger than the photos suggest. The extra touches really made a difference—from the welcoming snack package, to the well-stocked kitchen, and extra towels/blankets. We also loved having access to multiple kayaks, SUP, canoes, and even a swim mat (my favorite)! Looking forward to coming back, this is our new favorite home in Weeki Wachee!

The property was exactly as described. The host always kept in communication and went overboard to assist us with whatever we needed. This home offers the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was secure and well-maintained. We spent most of our time on the deck, which came equipped with plenty of floats and other outdoor fun things. The location was perfect, you're close to the main Weeki Wachee river as well as the Gulf. Great Value considering everything included.We plan to go back one day!!

I can’t say enough about this property! So comfortable, clean, and they provide everything you could possibly need for a wonderful relaxing trip on the springs! They communicate promptly and are so kind and accommodating. The property location is close to the main spring, very convenient. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

We had the best time at this property! We loved it! The house was so clean and beautiful. Fully stocked and my son loved all the snacks they provided for us. So many kayaks and paddle boards to choose from. The water mat was the best. The location is wonderful and close to the park and other areas that we love to kayak to. We saw many manatees early in the morning from the dock. The host was so great and answered any questions and was available at any time. We did not want to leave. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Fin and tonic! Communication was fast and easy, along with check in and check out! So many great accommodations inside the home and outside. Very clean, considerate, and comfortable. We will be back! Thank you so much! Location is so convenient, quiet neighborhood, quick paddle to rogers park and up river, or you can just enjoy the house! It had everything we need and then some!

We stayed for two nights and loved it! The house is cute, right on the water, and perfect for kayaking—the kayaks were included, which was a great bonus. The hosts were super nice and helpful—would definitely stay again!

They had the place perfectly set up before we got there and allowed us to check in early!The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better.Deron was exceptional: friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great experience. Communication was seamless, and they provided a binder that was helpful and recommended a few places to eat and play. That made our trip even more enjoyable.The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to see and do while still providing a relaxing and peaceful retreat. We truly felt at home during our stay.We enjoyed the place so much we ended up not even going anywhere and we just swam and kayaked up and down the river.Thank you again for being so accommodating! We highly recommend staying here and plan to do so again next year when we come back!

Fin & Tonic exceeded our expectations! Cute, clean and very well equipped; it felt like home! We loved swimming off the dock and using the various kayaks and SUP boards to get around the river! Manatees were a daily sight, either right from the dock or on our river adventures. Highly recommend. Owner (?), Deron, was very friendly and reachable should we have had any questions. Our top two recommendations would be 1) visit Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, to see the mermaids and swim in the spring-fed lagoon and waterpark… and 2) dine at The Silver Dolphin, fantastic food and friendly service with a quaint yet quirky 'diner-meets-secret-garden' kinda vibe.
