Great place to stay!

Perfect location to the beach and downtown! The condo was super clean and up to date. We will be back again.

An amazing place!

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous property. The hosts were excellent with communication, quickly answering any questions we had. The location is awesome—easy walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, etc. The beach is beautiful and the views of the beach and ocean from the balcony and condo are amazing!

Memories

Stayed at the Golden Arms about 15 years old. The updates are fantastic. Location is perfect.

A Fabulous Place

This was an awesome clean place to stay with a wonderful view of the beach. We would return here each & everytime we would come to New Smyrna Beach. We highly recommend this place to anyone. The kitchen has many needed utensils and the furniture is very comfortable. Thank you for a FABULOUS stay!

Great Host

Have been going to the New Smyrna area annually for nearly 30 years. This is the BEST host and place we have ever had. Jen is the most awesomest host ever!!!

New Smyrna Beach Visit

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was exquisite, clean and beautifully appointed. Jen and Teo made our stay worry free. Our ocean view kept us on the balcony. Over all we rate our host and stay excellent and the indoor parking was a bonus. Thanks J and T.

Best ever

Extraordinary property, people, and rental experience. Elegant, charming... restful and renewing. Jen and Teo have created the crown jewel of the original NSB north beach.

Location location location!!

Beautifully decorated, immaculate condo right on the beach!!! Everything you need is there. Beds are super comfortable, as well as the couch. Prime location at an amazing price!! Excellent communication with the host (Jen). We have stayed in other condos in NSB, but this one wins the cake! Looking forward to returning!! Patty & Steve

Second stay in this amazing condo!!

We couldn’t wait to return to Golden Arms, Unit 810! When we walked in we were immediately reminded why we love it there so much! The views, location, and comfort ability are second to none!! The sunrises, and sunsets from the balcony are spectacular. Close to everything, we rented a golf cart for the week as you are able to even drive it on the beach! Jen (the host) communicates regularly to assure you are happy and everything is in working order. Cannot wait to return!

Amazing Property

I have been coming to NSB since early 90’s and this is as a great of a location as you can possibly get. Also the owner upgraded this place extremely nice. The decorations are perfect and the views are to die for. This is a 5 Star!!!!

New Smyrna Beach in class

The property was exactly as described. Top of the line furniture and accessories. Everything was updated, the location was perfect (less than 2 blocks to Flagler Ave.) After using VRBO many times I have to say Jenn was the easiest and most responsive owner/manager we've ever encountered. Looking forward to returning!
