Oceanfront Condo - Panoramic View - WIFI - Heated Pool Winter Months
The oceanfront condo is on the 8th floor of a 8-story building and has a panoramic view with WIFI. Image yourself watching the space shuttle launch from the balcony. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 baths that fits a maximum of 6 people. Also, it’s like coming into your own home with linens and towels and more. You just need your tooth brush, sunscreen and swimsuit. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven with stove, dishwasher, microwave and is fully equipped to whip up a meal or make a frozen cocktail. Even on vacation, it is nice to have a washer and dryer in the complex. The condo is tastefully decorated and you feel like you are at the beach.
The grounds have just been recently renovated and there is a restaurant next door to enjoy your meal at the beach. The property has a pool and has plenty of chairs and, umbrellas at the ocean's edge.
There is plenty things to do other than resting on our white sandy beaches. You can go inshore or offshore fishing, parasail at the Inlet or take surfing lessons (just to name a few). Can’t forget Mickey!!! Disney is less than 1 hour away along with Epcot, Universal Studios & the Kennedy Space Center. To all the racing fans, Daytona International Speedway is just 15 minutes away. Did I mention that we have the best causal seafood restaurants in town? Nothing is like getting a fried fresh fish sandwich with homemade onion rings while enjoying the river breezes. Also, if you need a babysitter, we can provide that too.

The property was actually better than what is shown in the photos. Ease to the beach, parking and the staff on site was all amazing. The property owner was incredibly prompt with a few questions we hhad.had. we were so impressed we will keep this property in mind for next year!

We enjoyed our stay. Love New Smyrna Beach and what it has to offer. The view was amazing. Enjoyed my coffee in the morning looking at the beautiful ocean and watching the beach come to life with all the beachcombers. Everything at Ociana was very friendly and willing to help with anything that you asked of them.

Great location to Flagler night life!
Had a great experince at Oceania. Have stayed at this property before and it never dissapoints.

Loved this perfect family vacation location
The owner was quick to reply with any concerns and even gave pointers on things to do and water safety which is never not needed for out of towners ❤️

This is my 3rd stay at Oceana and this unit was disappointing. The mattress in the master bedroom was horrible. The mattress in the sofa sleeper was like sleeping directly on springs. The toilets did not flush well. There was only one key, so we left it in the combination lock box which we had to access every time we came in. A realtor unexpectedly came to show this unit during our stay. We couldn't get the tv remote in the living room area to work properly. On a positive note, the location and view are great, but I would not select.this unit on my next visit. Quite pricey for a 7 night stay considering the overall quality.

We wish you had contacted us during your visit, as we strive to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible. One toilet was experiencing a flushing issue, and it was repaired immediately after your stay with the replacement of the flush valve. Had we known during your visit, we would have arranged for the repair right away.
Regarding the mattresses, comfort is very personal, but we would have been happy to deliver mattress toppers to make your stay more comfortable if you had let us know.
We were also surprised by your comment about only having one key. There are two keys provided for the unit one in the lockbox and another hanging behind the entry door. Our cleaner documented that both keys were in place prior to your arrival.
As for the realtor, this condominium is not listed for sale, so someone attempting to show the unit would have been an unfortunate mistake and certainly not something we authorized. We sincerely apologize for any confusion that caused.
We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful location and views. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.

Great vacation!
We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect! We can walk to Flaglar Ave to all the shops and restaurants. We did have a small issue with the 2nd toilet not working, but Melynda was fantastic in getting our issue resolved! We would stay here again! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was in walking distance. The view was great. My family was able to see the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Easy access to the beach for the kids. It was a great condo. We will be back again. Thank you!
