Welcome to our newly renovated lakefront townhouse on Lake Cumberland! Enjoy the view from our spacious decks or relax in the hot tub, by the campfire, or in the community swimming pool. Boaters can access the public boat ramp a quarter mile down the road. Hiking and ATV trails are located in the surrounding Daniel Boone National Forest. Cumberland Falls, Natural Arch, Princess Falls, the Big South Fork Recreation Area, SomerSplash Waterpark, and wineries are located a short drive away.
Our townhome is located in Lake Cumberland Resort, a gated community, with 24 hour security, 3 swimming pools, tennis court, and a small store (offers milk, bread, eggs, ice cream, pizza, and local artwork).
The townhome features 3 bedrooms. The first floor King bedroom has an adjoining full bathroom. One Queen bedroom and one Bunkhouse bedroom (two twin over twin bunkbeds) are on the lower level and share a full bathroom. One lower deck and one upper deck have seating for dining or relaxing and enjoying the view (the hot tub is on the lower deck).

We had a great time and it was the perfect space for our trip. It was a very pretty location. The chlorine was very strong in the hot tub. It bleached our swimsuits. Also a toilet seat in the upstairs full bath needs to be replaced and the couches don’t recline. The door is also very hard to close.

Thanks for your feedback. We looked into these matters and have turned the chlorine feeder down a little in the hot tub. We didn't see anything wrong with the toilet seat though. The couches were unplugged (some people unplug them to plug their phones in), but you are correct in that a couple recliners have stopped working. The sliding glass door to the back porch swells in the summer and gets a little harder to slide at times. Once again thank you for your feedback!

Great house
This house was perfect for our 4 adults and 4 kids. Right by the pool, hot was clean and hot, fire pit was nice. The host was quick at communicating and helpful with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
I think this location is optimum when you’re looking to stay at/near Cumberland. The gated community felt safe, there was very little traffic that allowed our kiddos to use their scooters, we were 20ish minutes to burnside marina, and access to the community pool was such a plus! The lake view was pretty! We would definitely stay again.

Lake trip
Enjoyed our week. Location was beautiful and townhone was very vacationy. Quick response from owners. Very well stocked. Best I have seen.

Tracy and Dave are life long lake enthusiasts, have owned or rented properties on two lakes in the midwest, and have enjoyed boating, kayaking, jet-skiing, fishing, and hiking with their family and friends for many years.

Tracy and Dave purchased a home on Lake Cumberland in Lake Cumberland Resort in the fall of 2020. Lake Cumberland offers 1200 miles of shoreline and is nearly 100 miles long. The coves make for an enjoyable day to tie your boat up and enjoy the clear water and beautiful scenery. Hiking and ATV trails surround the property in Daniel Boone National Forest.

Our townhome is located in Lake Cumberland Resort, a gated community, which has 24 hour security. A small community store offers amenities including milk, break, eggs, ice cream, pizza, and local artwork. The resort features 3 inground swimming pools, a tennis court, and hiking/ATV trails in the resort or within a short drive.
