Classic Federal Hill Rowhouse

This classic Baltimore Federal Hill rowhouse is conveniently located close to many local attractions. Light Street and Charles Street, the center of the famous Federal Hill restaurant, bar and retail scene, are just three blocks away. From the house you'll be within a mile of the Inner Harbor, Ft. McHenry, and Locust Point. Walk to the Ravens/Orioles stadiums in 30 min (drive in 8!). Riverside park is just across the street.

House includes parking spot - so hope off 1-95 and within 5 minutes you'll be parked and inside!

House has internet and cable and 55" Smart TV (sign into your Netflix and Amazon accounts!) as well as all classic kitchen amenities (microwave, dishwasher, etc). Washer/Dryer also in-unit and available for use if needed. With 2 queen beds and 2 full baths, it's the perfect spot for a group or family trip to Baltimore!

This house is on a residential street with neighbors who live full time here. We ask our guests to be respectful of the community. Therefore, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

This is also a NO SMOKING HOUSE. If the house smells like smoke upon departure, you will be charged for an additional cleaning fee.

The neighborhood is fantastic. Very quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to a variety of different restaurants, and pubs . Less than a three minute drive to a grocery store.The host was spectacular! Immediate responses to any questions. And the icing on the cake is the private parking spot!! We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

This spot was great for one to two couples. It was on the smaller side as far as row homes go but that wasn't an issue especially since there was a parking pad in the rear. The downstairs bathroom was very much on the small side but having a washer and dryer was convenient. The location is great if you want to walk to all things Fed Hill and even into the inner harbor. I did not know it but there is a new charm city circulator route that comes up and down Fort Ave so check that out if you want a free bus ride around town. I would stay here again.

The home was centrally located and walkable to many sites; we were in town to see a ballgame. The home was comfortable and the host was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Property!

The check in process was easy. The property was VERY clean, and has its own parking space which was great! The location is INCREDIBLE! There are plenty of restaurants and it is very walkable neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

This quaint property is in a fantastic location of the Federal Hill area of Baltimore. Loree was an excellent host! Will plan to stay here again in the future.

Great Location

This VRBO was perfect location for going to a football or baseball game. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the stadiums. The parking spot was a definite plus as well.

Family trip

Great little place in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe. Not as close to the inner harbor as expected, but still walkable to the attractions. Very clean and well kept house.

Great spot for Orioles baseball!

We walked to all of the games, had some great spots on the way to and from to pop in for a bite. Safe neighbourhood. Great Pizza spot across the street!

A comfortable home for our extended stay to be with family. Much attention given to making every aspect of conveniences and accomodations in good working order. Our host Loree was beyond responsive to us. A great neighborhood vibe and a quiet street in this part of the city.
