Located on a quiet street but prime location! Walk to the beach and restaurants. Perfect for a beach getaway with 3br/2ba - sleeps 8 guests. Affordable comfort and convenience. Public beach access is an easy walk - about 3 blocks away. Less than 1 mile away from the Hangout and Gulf Place public beach area. Close proximity to many restaurants, shops, entertainment. Approximate 5-10 min drive to Waterville, The Track, Gulf Shores Zoo, and mini golf. Only about 15-25 min to OWA amusement park, Tanger Outlet Mall, historic Ft. Morgan, The Wharf, and multiple sports complexes. This is the perfect spot for enjoyment of everything Gulf Shores has to offer!!!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - space to park 3 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 3 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck.

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

The worst VRBO rental I have stayed in

We had booked this property for a week stay with my family.. we had 8 people and so there was just enough beds for everyone that would be there… beds were SO uncomfortable!!! ALL of them rock hard!! The bunk beds couldn’t even be slept in.. the ones who were supposed to sleep on the bunk beds slept on the couches instead… the place was dirty!! I always check cleanliness in the very beginning when I stay somewhere.. I ended up washing the bedding before anyone would sleep on it… dirty and hairs in all of the beds… Pringle’s under the couch… old juice pouches in the tv stand… stains on the curtains and what looked like black mold growing in the windows in one of the rooms… the drawer in the kitchen was broken when we got there… I have to say out of all of the VRBO rentals we have stayed in you could tell that they do not take care of this property and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!! As far as the neighborhood it was nice and it was close to the beach about 2 blocks away, so within walking distance… our only complaint about our trip was the house… we will definitely not be back…

The stay was amazing. The property owner stayed in contact with me when I had a problem. The housekeeper also made sure we were comfortable. We was close to all the restaurants and beach. I would come back here

Amazing

The home was so nice and cozy. I loved the dinning area with the wall of windows. We had breakfast there each morning and it was so relaxing to look out. I really felt like i was at home. Thank you and I will be back

Great Property!

We loved our stay here! The description for the property was accurate, and it is in a perfect location! It is a short walk to the beach, and it is close to many other enjoyable activites. It is fairly priced, especially considering we stayed here for 9 days. Overall, we would definitely stay at this property again!

Short little get away

The house was clean and nice! Convenient to all stores and to the beach!!! We really enjoyed it! Only thing I wish was different was the beds. They really need a memory foam or some type of padding. The beds were really hard! But other than that we enjoyed being there!

Beach House

The house was good. It could have been a little cleaner we keep finding clumps of hair everywhere and the bathrooms was not to clean. The air was not working good it. The house was cute and had plenty of room for my family. I would stay again.

Little to no AC, not as described, owner is not cooperative.

Our first day was delayed due to “maintenance “ issues that should have been our first clue. Upon arrival the inside temp of the home was 81’, the whole stay it never got below 78’.and went as high as 83’. It was over 100 outside. Our neighbors did not have issues with the AC, so the owners excuses aren’t valid. She refused to add a window unit or fans. A few of the ceiling fans did not work, only 3/4 stove burners worked, Ice maker did not work, towels were limited and stained. Decking is old and has nails sticking up. Trash was left from previous Staycationers, nowhere to put ours, it had been there a while judging from the yellow jacket nest inside the can. Overall cleanliness was average at best. Dusty and the floors were stained. Do not recommend.

Nice house but needs a little updating

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the AC stayed around 78 during the day so we had to buy some fans to help it stay cool and the house is a little outdated but overall we had a good time.

Gulf Stay

The property was ok, the cleanliness was not up to par, our bed sheets were stained so not to sure they were washed before we came, and dryer worked half the time. The property could use some updating as well as the bathrooms need a good scrubbing and cleaning.

Would not stay

When we arrived, check-in time was 4. We did not get into property til 4:30. Then no pillow cases on 3 of the pillows. We were told someone would come back with those. At 5 a member of the cleaning staff came back and gave us the pillow cases. By that time we noticed that we only had 6 towels for the whole condo. There were 7 of us. When i called was told only respond to text. After texting finally got a response and told they would send another person out. He arrived by 6 and gave us 3 towels which he had just bought ( we saw him tearing the tags off outside). Then the air conditioner cannot keep the house cool in hot weather it never got below 78. We could not sleep. I was so disappointed with all this and we paid a nice price to stay. Will not stay here again!!!!

Nice overall

The property is accurately described, the walk to the beach is about 12-15 minutes. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Check in and out was extremely easy. It’s an older home, but well equipped with everything you need for a vacation. Very satisfied overall. Definitely would recommend.

50th birthday getaway

This home is an older beach home but very comfortable with character. The mattress in the primary bedroom could use an update, but we were comfortable enough. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the neighborhood was friendly. The downstairs area under the house would be a nice spot for some outdoor games, dartboard or ping pong table even. There is not a view as there are houses all around, so some type of activity would be nice (maybe bring your own) We enjoyed our stay!
