Located on a quiet street but prime location! Walk to the beach and restaurants. Perfect for a beach getaway with 3br/2ba - sleeps 8 guests. Affordable comfort and convenience. Public beach access is an easy walk - about 3 blocks away. Less than 1 mile away from the Hangout and Gulf Place public beach area. Close proximity to many restaurants, shops, entertainment. Approximate 5-10 min drive to Waterville, The Track, Gulf Shores Zoo, and mini golf. Only about 15-25 min to OWA amusement park, Tanger Outlet Mall, historic Ft. Morgan, The Wharf, and multiple sports complexes. This is the perfect spot for enjoyment of everything Gulf Shores has to offer!!!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - space to park 3 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 3 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck.

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

Only one downside the backyard is full of sand spurs it is therefore unusable.

Great Property!

We loved our stay here! The description for the property was accurate, and it is in a perfect location! It is a short walk to the beach, and it is close to many other enjoyable activites. It is fairly priced, especially considering we stayed here for 9 days. Overall, we would definitely stay at this property again!

The stay was amazing. The property owner stayed in contact with me when I had a problem. The housekeeper also made sure we were comfortable. We was close to all the restaurants and beach. I would come back here

Amazing

The home was so nice and cozy. I loved the dinning area with the wall of windows. We had breakfast there each morning and it was so relaxing to look out. I really felt like i was at home. Thank you and I will be back

Nice house but needs a little updating

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the AC stayed around 78 during the day so we had to buy some fans to help it stay cool and the house is a little outdated but overall we had a good time.

Great place close to everything

We loved this place, lots of room to relax it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach with kids and all there stuff just walk down to the cross walk cross the street and you’re on the sand. This place is comfortable after a kind day at the beach or fishing. We all loved the down stairs area it’s shaded lots of seat and a grill. All in all it’s an outstanding place to stay you won’t be sorry

Excellent location!

This three bedroom, two bath house was excellent for our two week vacation in Gulf Shores. It was close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and vacation action. We loved the location! The rental had all necessary amenities and was extremely clean. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck with my morning coffee, and my dog loved to sit out there and keep an eye on the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Nice overall

The property is accurately described, the walk to the beach is about 12-15 minutes. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Check in and out was extremely easy. It’s an older home, but well equipped with everything you need for a vacation. Very satisfied overall. Definitely would recommend.

Beach House

The house was good. It could have been a little cleaner we keep finding clumps of hair everywhere and the bathrooms was not to clean. The air was not working good it. The house was cute and had plenty of room for my family. I would stay again.

The trash can was at the road already but it was full when we got there. I think the neighbors might have put trash in the can. Something to look into.

Great house, could have been cleaned better

Listing was accurate and well priced. The living room couch was stained and smelled. Several dirty dishes, glassware, and coffee pot. Trash was left from previous guests under the couches.

We enjoyed our beach house

This was our first time staying in a beach house and it was very nice. The place was clean and definitely a lot more space than a hotel. Lol. There’s not really anything negative to say. I’d anything, it would have just been that the people came to do filters and batteries instead of coming while they cleaned the place, but was fine, because they didn’t come too early and they were very nice. We definitely look forward fo returning.

Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. There was a little road work, but the road was not closed. I did not bring my dog, but the neighborhood is very pet friendly. The only issue we encountered was there was a parental lock on the TV. I don't know if a previous guest did that or the owner. You are not able to watch basic movies/shows if they are rated TVMA. Also, my family members that slept on the beds in the rooms off the living room said the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I slept in the room that is off the dining room, and the bed was very comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
