Modern, Comfy & Clean Condo at Mountainside - Pool/HotTub, WIFI, on Mtn R

Looking for a clean, modern family-friendly condo for your Stowe, Vacation? You have found the right place. Enjoy our recently remodeled kitchen, new beds and modern furnishing + all the amenities offered by Mountainside resort. We take great care of our Mountainside property and are happy to share it with you.

Our non-smoking, two bedroom, two bathroom condo is conveniently located just off the Mountain Road at Mountainside Resort. It is about two miles from town and about four miles from the mountain. It is a short walk to the mountain shuttle. (It is also a short walk to the fantastic sports bar across the street!) Mountainside resort has a large indoor pool, hot tub, and game room that guests are welcome to use. They also have tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, along with outdoor grills.

We are relatively new owners of the condo and have made it a priority to make our unit as clean and comfortable as possible for our renters. There is wireless internet access in the unit that you are welcome to use. And the unit has been freshly painted and furniture has been replaced. We have also installed a home theater system, and provided many books and games (in case mother nature does not cooperate). Our large deck is the perfect place for outdoor dinners, morning coffee, and lounging in the afternoon.

Stowe, Vermont is a beautiful place to visit any time of the year. We believe Stowe is the best place to ski and snowboard in Vermont - we never tire of spending an day on the mountain. There is also great cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.

In the summer, the Stowe recreation path is perfect for biking and rollerblading. There is also fantastic hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing, and antiquing in the area as well. In the fall, Stowe is one of the best places in the country for leaf peepers to witness the beautiful fall foliage. Restaurants in the area are superb as well. We make it a priority to try out as many restaurants in the area as possible - and we have not been disappointed!

Perfect location to everything!

We had a 2-night stay in the unit and were extremely happy with the location and the accessibility of the condo to Stowe Mountain Resort and to the town. Four of us comfortably stayed in the unit and were very pleased with the accommodations and amenities of the facility. Julie was an excellent host, and was very communicative and transparent throughout the booking process. We would love to come back to ski Stowe and would definitely stay at her condo again!

Friends Trip

We loved our time away from home together in Stowe. People were kind and this space was close to all we were wanted to go. In addition it was less than an hour from Burlington and Montpelier. Less than 20 minutes from Ben & Jerry’s. Got a chance to go back for our favorite spots in the area without going out of our way. Loved Stowe Cider as well! Our host was accommodating. Forgot there was no AC but they supplied fans for us. Otherwise we had windows open to let in the fresh Vermont air. We definitely plan to return in the future.

Unsafe Water was Not Disclosed!

We would have enjoyed our stay. However, after driving fifteen hours we arrived to a sign on the door that notified us of unsafe water! The PFAS levels were unsafe for drinking, cooking (even with boiling), and brushing teeth. Since the owner knew months in advance we should have been notified with the option to cancel. If we wanted safe water we had to go to the office or pool building and bring a container to fill. Even though the condo’s bathrooms were nicely updated, it was challenging to enjoy our stay when we had unsafe water.

Convenient to Stowe, Easy Simple Lodging

Very good location with close proximity to both the town and ski areas. Simple accommodations, bring tour own specific kitchen items of you like to cook as it is very spare in that regard but you're there to ski!

Alchemist weekend

We and friends of ours have been trying to take a weekend trip to the Alchemist for a while now, and we finally did it. This was the PERFECT spot for our trip! Walking distance to The Alchemist and other good places to eat. Place was clean and perfect for 2 couples. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location for UVM graduation

We loved staying in Stowe for our oldest daughter’s graduation. It was wonderful to explore Stowe and be out of the crazy UVM town during graduation. Also close enough to get to all the ceremonies.

Eclipse weekend

We stayed in Stowe to see the Eclipse. The condo was in a great location, we walked to Alchemist & Picasso! The Condo was very nice, more spacious than I expected, perfect for our weekend! I loved the towels with the unit # monogrammed on them! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent ski getaway

Great spot for a ski getaway

We had a great stay with two couples and one baby. The unit is clean, the bedrooms had plenty of space (including to fit a pack and play for the baby), and the location provided easy access both to the mountain and to downtown. As an FYI, the laundry is in a separate building and requires quarters ($2 per wash and $2 per dry). We were able to get quarters from the office. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Nice condo, Great for skiing at Stowe or Smuggler's

Good host, very communicative, easy access and check-in. Nice 2 bedroom condo close to Stowe and many local restaurants. Very clean, well kept and updated where it matters! It does require descent of 1 flight of stairs for access from the building entrance. Good linens and towels provided and good size bedrooms. 1 bedroom has its own bathroom with step in shower. I'd stay again if in the area.

Great location

Great location in Stowe. Walkable to breweries & resturants. Easy to get in & out of town. Owners instructions were detailed. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs, comfortable bed. Overall very nice. The only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in comfort in Stowe Vt.

Just one complaint. The pillows could do with being replaced. This is our third year staying in this condo for the British Invasion and will probably book it for next year. The savings of not having to eat out because of a fully equipped kitchen is huge. Loved the newly renovated bathrooms with the large walk in showers.

Stowe Condo

The location of the property was good. However, we could not find the building due to the owner not telling us the proper building number. The condo was a basement unit that felt claustrophobic. The only way in was down two flights of steps. There was extremely limited soap provided for the unit. Make sure you bring your own bath soap, hand soap and dish soap. We expected more for the price we paid.

Perfect week

Location was great. Explored other areas in Vermont from this central point. Condo was everything we needed. Close to resturants and hiking trails and the area. Usually did breakfast in condo, prepared lunch on the road or trail where we ended up that day and then usually a nice dinner out back in Stowe. Many resturants were a short 10 minute walk. Would stay again.

Great condo just down the road from the mountain

Really nice condo with everything you need for a ski vacation base. High quality fixtures and furnishings. Experience was turnkey. Like a hotel on better with more room to spread out.

We are a family of 5 based in St. Louis, MO but used to live in Boston which is why we own our places in Stowe. We come up to Stowe frequently to make improvements to our properties and enjoy a bit of New England charm.

Mountainside Resort is great for families with the pool, hot tub and rec center. It's also really close to the rec path. Mountainside just added a gym with all new equipment.
