This is a wonderful property for a family get-together with plenty of room for lots of fun along the river and at the gateway to the mountains.

What a totally lovely stay! We were so thankful for all that was included and the warmth of the property! We enjoyed seeing the Milky Way from the Hot Tub and a couple shooting stars. The Fisherman among us enjoyed the easy access to the brown and rainbow trout in the Arkansas River. We awoke to snow one morning on the mountains and a little at the house. So beautiful when the sun hits the tips of the peaks right outside the living room windows! The fireplace made it so cozy for the kids, especially with all the included puzzles and games. Definitely recommend this stay!

It had so many helpful kitchen stuff, the only downside was only one plastic plate for kids. The views were excellent, place was clean. The only suggestion we have to offer is, there wasn’t enough lighting by hot tub or by the front of the house, it can get pretty dark on the road.

This property was absolutely amazing!! The location and amenities were plentiful. The only thing I did not realize going in was no central air, however the evenings got cold enough to cool the house down.

What a beautiful location on the river! Wonderful mountain views beyond the river. Plenty of room for our family of 7. This was one of our favorite vrbo’s ever.

Overall the house was nice. The listing was advertised as a gym and fitness room but there was neither. Very disappointed for that. Finally got the tv to work on the 4th day The DVD did not work.

Sorry about your troubles. No one else has had those . I sent my housekeeper over to help with the tv. Also I did not advertise a workout room.

Great property with 360 degree views, clean and comfortable beds and bathroom. We did use the hot tub which was all set up to go. Just an excellent property for a larger group. Exceeded expectations.

This house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! The place was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Hot tub was great! A couple of notes for the host, the front door lock was really difficult to open and the wifi does not reliably reach the whole house so the living room smart TV did not really work. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean, scenic spot. Lots of amenities including game room, hot tub, outdoor games, private drive loop, well supplied kitchen. Bedrooms with extra blankets, cots, tvs.
