Perfect location for our trip to Salida. Easy walk to HighSide, Amicas, Sweeties, the soda fountain, and the rest of the downtown. Also stayed comfortable inside despite the 90-plus-degree heat outside. Very clean, everything worked, and easy checkout.

Great spot. Only issue were the VERY noisy group in the vrbo in front of this one. Not the owners’ fault but being awake due to blasting music from midnight -2a is not the right vibe for Salida.

This townhome is beautiful and within walking distance to historic downtown Salida. It was very comfortable for two families of four, well stocked, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The attached two stall garage was very convenient. We will definitely book this townhome the next time we visit Salida.

Very nice house. We enjoyed the quality bedding, clean modern bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchen. The bonus was being 4-5 blocks to downtown and walking to shop and eat dinner.

Perfect location

Had the pleasure of staying at this perfect townhouse in Salida with my friends. Everything was clean and newly updated. We were able to walk to everything! I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were even better than expected, with plenty of comfortable space to gather and eat, fresh, like new linens, and a beautiful rooftop. Kitchen came equipped with everything needed to cook. 10/10!

Great Place to Stay in Salida

Very clean, well equipped, and spacious property near downtown Salida. Extra points for rooftop access and BBQ grill on the deck. Mountain views in the morning were special. Definitely plan to return.

Great place near the river

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a newer property that is nicely outfitted with plenty of space for all of us (2 kids and 3 adults). It's a nice walk - or a quick bike ride - to F Street. Definitely recommended.

Worked out perfectly

Accommodations were perfect for 6 adults- 2 couples, 2 individuals. Great location; easy check in; we enjoyed walking downtown for the bluegrass festival and also easy access to the store. We cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen and had space to eat inside or on the roof.

Great Salida Find

Beautiful new townhome in downtown Salida, walking distance to all the town has to offer. Close to great hiking, shopping and eating. The townhome is very clean, very tastefully decorated and is stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Great communication

The property was immaculate and well laid out for a family. Kitchen was well-stocked. We stay at rental properties 3-4x per year and the communication and support on this one was the best we have ever experienced.

Definitely will be back.

This place is amazing and I'll definitely come back. The townhome is a recent build that provides enough space for a family or group of friends. There is a rooftop deck that provides 360 views of the mountains. It's also conveniently located for a short walk to downtown. If you're planning a trip to Salida, stay here.

Perfect Rental!

This condo was the nicest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. It looked brand new, was beautifully decorated, and was stocked with plenty of products. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The rooftop deck was fun, beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were amazing. Just a few blocks from town. Lots of communication from rental company. Already planning to book again for our trip next year! Highly recommend.
