Are you looking for a quiet place to relax and get away? If so, you will enjoy our two bedroom two bathroom condo in the beautiful neighborhood of Sea Trail. We are 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach and 3.5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. There is a large spacious living room/dining room combination with a desk area in the main part of the condo. The unit has a large screened in porch overlooking one of three golf courses in the community. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Outside of the unit is a pool just for the owners and visitors of The Champions subdivision with a grill and picnic tables. There is plenty of parking and common areas to walk your dog. Grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. Two new restaurants have opened, Bistro 55, and Sunset Prime in the Convention Center which is walking distance from our condo. Our unit is on the first floor and we are pet friendly with a fee.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Beach Resort . Our room was great had lots of room . I just thought we were closer to the Beach . I thought I read it was in walking distance to the Beach . Everything was very nice it is a Very Beautiful and relaxing area .

The property was perfect for our family. It is close to both Sunset and Ocean Isle beaches. Lisa was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property!

I was a little worried at first since I had never stayed at a pet-friendly VRBO, but I was pleasantly surprised! This ended up being one of my favorite bookings.The pictures really don’t do this place justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. They even provided a basket full of toys for our puppy, which kept him entertained during our stay.One of the many community pools was conveniently located right across the parking lot. The community was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe. The pool also had floats and chairs available for guests to use, which was such a nice convenience.The location was perfect—close to the beach and just a short drive to one of our favorite ice cream spots, Calabash Creamery.Checkout was simple and hassle-free, which made it easy to pack up and get on the road quickly. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Great Condo

Great place to stay especially if traveling with your dogs. The condo was as described and very convenient for golf. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Sunset Beach.
