“Diamonds & Pearls”. A serene 1,400 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the Sandpiper Bay Country Club in Sunset Beach, NC. Just minutes away from the Sunset Beach, Calabash (the seafood capital of the world) and Ocean Isle Beach. Businesses are locally owned. You can be a beach bum, golf, deep sea fish, shop, or seek adventure zip lining or renting an ATV. This condo is fully furnished and equipped with mostly anything you need.

Short golf trip

We had a great stay. It was my husband & I & our dog. Comfortable king size bed. Quiet golf-side neighborhood. We would stay there again. Appreciated it was pet-friendly, but not “pet-smelly”.

When we checked in the place looked nice. we unpacked everything and sat on couch and saw roaches on wall . then we started to find them in several locations and took pictures. contacted owner and he was out of town and couldn't do anything about it. We stayed less then 2hrs and left and he refuses to give refund. he conducts bad business practices.

We had AUNTS

Low water pressure, tub would not drain, no toilet paper or paper towels and AUNTS all in the kitchen. It was bad - because they kept getting in our food.

Beautiful place to stay

This is a beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. It is very quiet and peaceful. The covered balcony overlooking the pond is stunning. We were in town for the Run Sunset races and the location worked out well. We will be back.

Great Stay

We loved our time at this condo. It was very clean and spacious. We loved the area and the view, and the pool was in walking distance.

Get away

Arrived at condo and we were amazed at the size of it and views it presented. We were really pleased that we were allowed to bring our puppy Riley. Everything promised was delivered and more. Great service and a great facility.

Great condo, highly recommend

Condo was perfect for my family! Unit was extremely clean upon check in, hosts were helpful and the pictures are true to what you can expect to find. Gorgeous place - perfect for a weekend getaway. We will be back!

Beautiful place

Great stay. Unit was as described. It is a bit of a drive to the beach, but amenities (pool and tennis courts) are close by. Overall great place at a good price.

Perfect spot

This condo is very nice, pleasantly furnished and near plenty of restaurants. Be aware it’s on the third floor with no elevator.

Cute and Clean

We had a great stay at Diamonds and Pearls! The condo was clean, with all new finishes. I loved that our little pup could join us and go on his first trip to the beach! We are a younger couple so the stairs weren’t a problem, but I would warn more mature guests that it is on the third floor with pretty steep steps. The view of the golf course and the quietness of no overhead guest make it worth the climb though!

Quick trip

We took a quick weekend trip to the beach and really enjoyed out stay in this location. It was easy to communicate with the owners and everyone went as expected. The property was extremely clean and very nice.

You won't be disappointed with this property!

Exceptionally clean, spacious, and well appointed. Owner was very responsive when there was a minor glitch with our check-in. For us this was a perfect location near golf courses and only a short drive from the beach.

TPR Oyster Fest

Everything went well. Owner contacted me a week ahead of time with details. Place was clean and really nice. The location was quiet, peaceful and had all we needed. Unit was on top floor with wonderful view. Just really nice. Only negative is no elevator, so no access for handicap.

A Gem For Sure!

My family stayed at Diamonds and Pearls for a long weekend and loved every minute of it! The condo is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and in a wonderful location. We had everything we needed in the condo and were close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We can’t wait for our next stay. If you are looking for a top notch place to stay, Diamonds and Pearls won’t disappoint!
