Rented this condo for my sister and her family. They absolutely loved the unit! Everything they needed was there for them, I will definitely be staying at this property in the future. Highly recommend staying here!

The condo was great. We appreciated having 3 BR to spread out with older kids. It was very clean and close to the pool and tennis court. Communication with the owners was easy, and they were quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. Great location, condo is clean and bright. All of the instructions to use everything were clear and easy to find (TV, WiFi, pool fob, ect.). We’ll definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location

Fantastic communication with owner. Close to all beaches and shops. Pool and tennis court right out the front door. Plenty of room with all the comforts of home.

Overall the stay was very good. 9 out of 10. The development/community was very nice. Overall the unit presented well with a beautiful overview of the lake. There were a couple of personal items that we missed having during our visit. (hairdryer and a colander for draining pasta) Having the Keurig coffee pods and tee bags were a nice touch. We most likely will be coming to the area later this year to resume our 2nd home search. We will consider this property for our next stay.

Great place for an extended weekend

This was my family's first time staying in Sunset Beach and it was a really nice location. The condo was large enough for all 8 of us to be in the same place but not on top of each other. My mom really enjoyed the screened in patio and my nieces and nephew loved that the pool was only a few steps away. The owners went over and above accomodating us and we're extremely appreciative!!

Wonderful Location!

We arrived at night so the building numbers in the grass were a little hard to see. Other than that, we had the perfect stay. Ample space, all the amenities of home! Pool literally out the front door and close to all the nearby beaches! Communication was easy!

The room was very clean and included helpful things like laundry detergent, extra paper towels, plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. Everything was explained simply and the community was a great place for a family.

We enjoyed our visit. The kids loved being close to the pool and tennis courts. Such a cute sitting area out near the pond. If we are back this way we would check stay here again. Thank you!
