"Casa de las Brisas Marina" is a 5 star rated private vacation condo. Available Short or long term, located in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas marina. FREE WIFI. It is newly re-decorated with comfortable new furniture, has stunning views of the marina and is within walking distance of the beach, dozens of restaurants and night clubs, gift shops and much more!

Sleeps 2 people comfortably in a king sized bed. Floor to ceiling glass slides open to give way to your private oasis on the marina!

This suite is located on the second floor of suites and is accessible through the security gate via the stairs on the street side of the building. This suite has a brand new King size bed, flat screen TV, FREE WIFI in the unit and on the balcony, guest controlled air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, barbeque grill on the balcony, semi private pool and much more!

You can walk to swimmable Medano Beach with our furnished beach chairs and beach towels. Also within steps is downtown. Close by is the famous Cabo Wabo Cantina, Squid Roe, shopping, excursions and DEEP SEA SPORTFISHING!

All excursions are either within walking distance, or they will pick you up in the lobby of the condo building.

There is free parking either in the provided parking lot or on the street near the unit entrance.

With all the comforts of home You will not want to stay anywhere else!

Winter get away

Just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, safe, excellent location. Deck overlooking the marina and rooftop pool were very relaxing.

Wonderful Week in Cabo

We loved the condo and staying in the marina! Everything was as described. Very lively location. Front desk was always helpful and very friendly.There are a lot of stairs and music well into the night - if those aren’t for you, do not stay anywhere near the marina.

Great view and awesome location! Weve been coming to Cabo Plaza Marina for years and love it. Easy checkin, always clean and right in the middle of Cabo! communication!

Great place to stay and awesome location. Super easy to get to all downtown spots and set right on the marina. Very clean with everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful to have on site. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location!

The place was on a great location. Very centralized to everything ( restaurants, bars and beach) the balcony was always enjoyable for Morning coffee overlooking the marina. Scot was very prompt to any questions we had. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was grest also. Security was also great. Locked gates and doors to all accesses.Highly recommend a stay here if you want to be in the middle of the action.

Good marina location

Had every thing one could need. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet, given the location. Patio looked out over marina. I would stay again. Only tiny complaint would be the tile floor could have been a little cleaner. Solo female traveler and I felt safe in the location at night

Great location!

This property is in a great location facing the marina. It is easy to walk to the beach or go into town. It was clean, comfortable and the entire process was easy. Please note: you will need to climb 4 flights of stairs to access the unit, but it's a great way to work off the tasty eats nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation spot!

My husband and I took a quick 5 day trip down to Cabo and wanted to stay in the marina area due to all of the restaurants, bars and activities that were located nearby. This condo was perfect for that. It was right in the middle of the action. We found the condo to be clean, spacious for two and equipped with everything we needed. If we had any questions or request, the gentleman at the front desk was more than willing to help. We enjoyed our time sitting out on the patio watching the people, boats and the sea lions. Great, relaxing time!

Amazing trip.

Exactly what we needed. I was here for surgery and wanted to have the ability to rest and give my husband freedom to explore. Location is amazing. Host was amazing. Would definitely seek Scot out again

Marina View

This place is exactly as advertised. The location is right above the marina. We spent a lot of our time sitting on the patio and watching the boats come in and out. We cooked most of our breakfasts here and ate on the patio. The gas stove top is awesome, the cookware is in great shape and the refrigerator was large enough for everyting we needed. All of the employees at the condo building were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Perfect Studio on the Marina!

This studio condo is in the prefect location. We enjoyed watching all the Marina action. Steps to the pool. Walking distance to everything downtown! Easy checkin and secure building. We would defiantly stay again.

Great location and experience

Perfect location! Convenient to everything in the Downtown/Marina area. Plenty of grocery and food options, nightlife, shopping, beaches, and tours to keep you busy. OR, you could do as I caught myself enjoying the patio. The music, the boats, the sea lions, and the people watching. I will be back anytime I chose to be in the marina/downtown area.

Great location and very nice unit!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this studio condo right in the heart of the marina. The unit overlooks the marina and we loved having coffee on the balcony and watching all the activity below. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and the other guests and owners were very nice. The condo was well maintained and had all the necessities. The front desk was staffed 24/7 and they were very helpful. I would recommend this place and plan to return next year.

This property is so beautiful in it's environment, centrally located within minutes of so many wonderful amenities such as dozens of restaurants, shopping malls, water and land excursions with spectacular views no matter where you go. You don't need to rent a car if you do not want as most excursions will pick you up at the condo lobby, there is local transportation and Uber as well as airport transportation available.
