With a stunning view from the top of Young Harris Mountain, this 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home has plenty of room for everyone. The king sized master is on the main floor. Upstairs there is a queen in one room and a queen/twin bunk with a futon in the other. There is another futon on the terrace level with a kitchenette and den. Over the garage is a game room with a pool table and sleeper sofa. Great getaway for couples or a large family. Just sit in front of the stone fireplace and relax.

Perfect Stay!

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding - it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Would definitely book again! Hosts were amazing!

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Highly recommend this beautiful home in the mountains near Lake Chatuge. Well maintained and very clean, Respite Ridge is a true home away from home. My family would certainly stay here again when we are back in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a cute cabin in a quiet neighborhood near Brasstown Valley Resort, where we were attending a conference. Everything was great and we had no issues until the last day when we could not reach the manager and needed access after check out to get our things. Overall it was great.

Breath taking views, saw deer at least twice a day, house is beautiful inside and out. Loved playing ping pong and shooting pool.

Absolutely beautiful

Perfect house with a great view. The property was clean and extremely well maintained. Would stay again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a mountain getaway experience.

Wonderful experience

Our family loved staying at this location. It was spacious and it was extra special that we only had to bring groceries. Very comfortable. Will do this again! Thank you for the extra in the Christmas decorations! Nice touch.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
