The condo is a little dated but very comfortable. The views from the balconies are fantastic! Very nice complex and excellent instructions.

The property was beautiful. The Condo was clean, welcoming and the view of the ocean and pier was breathtaking. I will be planning another trip next summer with my family again. We all had a great time!

Such beautiful views from all the rooms. Literally steps from the beach. Very nice landscaping in the development. No AC but lots of fans. Dated furniture but the view and how close it is to the beach makes it excellent. We loved staying here.

Everything about this property was great. We enjoyed our stay and felt very at home. We would recommend it to anyone who loves the beach and wants to have all the comforts of home when on vacation.

The view was great. The condo was clean. We had a great time. It was difficult not having a/c as my group are all in our 50's and experiencing hot flashes. However, there were multiple fans available.

Check-in was easy and communication was great. Hard to beat the location and unit was very clean and as described. The unit does not have AC which is fine, but would have been nice if the doors had been opened with the screens so it wasn’t so hot upon arrival. Also would have been great to have some basic items such as coffee and olive oil for cooking.

Great location with a view of the ocean from both the upstairs room and the living room. A bit warm the first couple of days and no air conditioning but i knew that no one has A/C in the complex so deal with it. Some post the fact that there is no A/C but they should say it on the description.Anyway, i am planning to go back next year!Also, I would suggest to owner to buy a new stove!! It’s terrible, it took forever to boil a small pot of water! Useless stove.
