This Folly Beach condo is the perfect spot for your next vacation! This unit offers you the perfect location for Folly Beach as well as the Charleston area. The condo sleeps eight with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is one king bed, one queen bed, and two sets of bunk beds. From the patio you can watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Folly showcases everyday. You can even see dolphins swimming the Folly River! The condo is just steps from the complex swimming pool, tennis courts, and marina. The property sits on the Folly River and is less than a 15 minute walk to the Folly Beach pier and restaurants!

Great place!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was exactly as listed, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was great for both downtown Folly Beach and Charleston. We would love to stay here again!

We love this property - we just finished our 4th stay! The location is perfect. Close to the beach, but away from the noise. Great pool and tennis courts that my teenagers loved! The condo is right on the Folly River- you can see the water while you're cooking and sit and watch it fromthe porch.

Navy graduation

Stayed a few days for my son’s graduation from navy power school. This place turned out to be perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we needed, nice location to folly beach and downtown Charleston. We all loved it!

Great trip to Folly Beach!

We have stayed at quite a few different properties, and this was one of the cleanest and best-appointed by far. There were many creature comforts (like extra hooks for towels, plenty of blankets, games, ample kitchenware) that made our stay very comfortable. The furnishings were new and up to date.The location was great. We were able to easily walk to Folly Beach to shop and grab a bite to eat. If we come back to this area, we'd definitely consider staying here again!

Clean and close to Charleston

The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the short walk to Folly Beach restaurants, the NYE drone show and the Flip Flop Drop. It was an easy drive to Charleston, which allowed us to enjoy the city without staying in the middle of town during one of the busiest times of the year. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Great place to stay

Great property. Very clean and updated. Close walk out drive into Folly Beach area. Beautiful back covered patio to have coffee and relax in. Robert was awesome communicating and helping with everything. Would stay again for sure.

Great Location!

My group of friends and I really enjoyed the condo, it was so close to Folly beach and all the activities surrounding the area, and we found it very convenient/a short drive to downtown Charleston for the day as well! The condo was spacious for 7 of us with plenty of space.

Excellent location

This was our first time to Folly Beach. We loved the location. Enjoyed the view out the back patio. We saw dolphins several times throughout the week which was so fun to see! We had so much space inside the rental. We enjoyed all the kitchen supplies provided. This unit had everything we needed. The pool was nice also. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in Charleston!!!

This place was so nice! It was perfectly located near EVERYTHING! The sunrises and sunsets were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It was so quiet and peaceful and felt like home. The condo was more than adequately stocked with linen, extra blankets, kitchenware, box fans and games! We highly recommend and plan on returning! One of my most favorite vacations I’ve ever been on. Stop looking, book this place now and you won’t regret it!

Great condo. Good location. Excellent communication.

The accommodations were excellent. It is about a mile to the beach, but a small dock and waterway is directly behind the development. Everything you need for a great getaway is provided. Please be aware there are HOA agreements the owner requires to be signed over and above the VRBO agreement. That was the only negative attribute of our stay. We felt they were completely unnecessary. The owner was accommodating, had loads of local recommendations, and quick with answering any questions. We enjoyed our getaway with 2 of our grandchildren at Mariners Cay.

Great owners and beautiful place

We rented this condo for our family and my parents. We like to have our own space and this place was perfect for that. Plenty of beds and little nooks to sit in. Beautiful views and wonderful owners who were available to answer any questions. There was some construction that was going on while we were there and the owner called us to give us full transparency as to what to expect and gave us the option to cancel if we felt it would be an issue. We still went and only had one or two minor problems which the owners were quick to fix and even gave us a credit for. Truly wonderful people and once the dust settles from construction we hope to go back!

Family Vacation

the overall experience was amazing! the owner was super responsive to our questions and needs. My only concerns are about the surrounding property. The access code to initially enter the property did not work. We eventually just followed another car in. The pool did not get cleaned all week. By day 3 there was a ton of duck poop all around and in the pool. It got pretty gross. Our condo was beautiful though, no complaints at all!

Our time in Folly was fabulous! Condo was perfect! Close enough to all the restaurants and beaches but off the island in a quiet slice of paradise! Condo was fully equipped with everything and more! Delightful stay at Mariners Cay/Folly Beach!

Wonderful stay

This was a great place to stay. Robert was very nice to email with and always replied to our questions and concerns. Plenty of living space and awesome views and the people around us were friendly. Definitely recommend!

Surf camp and Folly & Charleston exploring

Excellent home base for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids! Perfect for my morning walk to Folly Beach for sunrise each day while everyone slept in, convenient for kids going to/from Isla Surf camp each day 9a-1p. Did lots of afternoon trips - to Charleston, to Johns Island, James Island, Mt Pleasant. Great home base for us. Condo was clean, stocked exactly as stated, so we knew what to expect and what to pack & shop for on arrival. Beds comfortable, pool was great. Communication with owners was easy and clear. Would definitely stay here again! If you haven’t visited Folly before, just be aware of the weekend morning beach traffic on Folly Rd, so you know to expect it to take you longer to get to Mariners Cay those mornings during peak hours!

Amazing!

We had the best time at this property for our girls trip! The location made it an easy walk into downtown Folly and a quick drive to downtown Charleston! We saw dolphins every day and the unit was very clean and up to date. The pool was also an added bonus as we didn’t plan to be there much but ended up using it every day. I also left behind by headphones upon check out and Rob was quick to contact me about sending them back to me! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Explore Charleston

Four retired adults met up in Charleston to rekindle relationships and visit Charleston. The condo was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking and close to the historic sights of Charleston.

Perfect condo in a central location!

Our stay was fantastic. The area is safe, secluded, and quiet. The condo itself is well-furnished with a comfy couch and comfy beds. Bring your own shampoo and soap, though! It was a super quick walk into Folly Beach, which helped avoid the hassle of traffic and parking. Lots of fun restaurants and stores, and only a 7 min drive from the grocery store. The pool is clean and the grounds are beautiful. Loved having parking on the property and loved being able to do laundry! Would 100% stay here again!

Spacious and clean.

Plenty of room for the three of us. Liked two bathrooms and great size kitchen. Clean as a whistle. Would’ve liked bar soaps in bath/shower areas. Otherwise perfect!
