Great home base for all the Lowcountry offers! Centrally located just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston and Charleston's beautiful beaches. This renovated villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full baths (4 beds total) with all the conveniences of home and beach chic decor. It has its own private fenced in back yard. Private driveway and screen porch.
There are two bedrooms, each room has plenty of light. One bedroom with a double bed. The other has a full size bed and a bunk bed. A renovated kitchen stocked with the essentials; stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, pots & pans and toaster. A washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, and Blow Dryer are also provided . Two beach cruiser bikes, and beach chairs. All linens and towels provided.

Our home is conveniently located less than a mile from Shem Creek. We have shared our favorite places "Where the locals are" and all things Mt. Pleasant/ Charleston Sights, Bites and Family Fun. Need information on extra bike rentals, water taxi to downtown, all your baby gear, beach gear or even grocery needs that can be delivered let us know. We have all the information.

Nice, clean space with an outdoor shower and large yard. The location was great, within walking distance to Shem Creek. The handle on the freezer comes off when you pull on it but that is an easy fix that I assume will be made sometime soon. Overall, a great place to stay for our family of four.

Great place for a great price. Homeowner was very helpful and responsive if we had a question about the house. Location was great with quick access to restaurants and the beach.

Made contact first day. Replies were quick. The property was certainly updated at some point. However, there were documented issues with photo evidence reported. The only reply was that the concerns would be investigated for future rentals.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the quick response. As mentioned we replaced the hot water heater the morning you arrived. We had the plumber out the next morning to address the issue which we communicated and also gave you a refund for your troubles.

Great location for quick trip to Charleston area. Property was super clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again. The walking distance to Mozzo Deli was an added bonus!

Great walking neighborhood- lots of restaurants. Nearby attractions a short drive in various directions. A quiet alternative to downtown Charleston.

Very charming rental in an excellent location for accessing all of the Charleston peninsula area and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! (Reminder this is a duplex, where someone lives/stays attached to the rental.)

Great location with easy access to downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms. Furniture was comfortable and we appreciated the dehumidifier. The exterior needs maintenance and the washing machine was dirty which made me question the overall cleanliness. Overall, it was a good accommodation for a few nights.

Cute and great location

Booked this place for a bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect! The backyard is amazing! So much space, and it is maintained beautifully. Very short drive to Sullivan’s island or Isle of Palms, and we really appreciated that this house had 3 beach chairs that we could use. It is nice and updated on the inside, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Adorable home

The property was great! Clean and comfortable! The only complaint we had was that we searched 2 beds 2 baths and this property came up…in the actual description it is noted one bath-we made it work, but it was difficult with 4 adults.

Easter getaway

For our first time in Charleston, we selected this location. Large backyard, comfy setting inside made for a great stay. No issues with checking in. Property manager responds quickly to messages. The location of the house is within walking distance to many restaurants and shoppes.
