Enjoy Unit 687, a quiet 1,150 sq. ft. corner unit, which has the benefit of extra windows in the living room and kitchen, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full-baths, a fully-equipped kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer. The bedrooms feature a king in the master, a queen in the middle bedroom, and a queen with twin bunk beds in the front bedroom. It features crown molding throughout, beautiful teakwood furniture, tasteful coastal décor, surround sound, ceiling fans in every room along with a wall mounted LCD tv with dish tv channels. There are 4 air purifiers in the unit for fresh air circulation.

Kitchen - Feel at home in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautifully trimmed mahogany cabinets containing ample stemware, dishware and cooking utensils and pots/pans. Elegantly matching granite counter tops have conveniently placed outlets, a coffee maker, toaster, Keurig (bring your pods) and a quality set of cooking knives. The kitchen is also complimented by an icemaker in the refrigerator, a large pantry, and a dishwasher.
Dining/ Living - Dine on the beautiful teakwood table and chairs with seating for 6 or at the counter which comfortably fits 4 bar stools. Lounge on the sofa or settle back in the oversized chair in the living room while you curl up with a movie, take in the ocean views, or gather for a game night.
Bedroom/Bath - Retreat into a master bedroom that features a king size bed, large closet, nightstands and chest of drawers. There is a wall mounted LCD HD SmartTV, a full private bath, and private entrance to the balcony. Guests can enjoy two other bedrooms, which are privately set apart by the entry hallway, where each have queen size beds and the front bedroom also has twin bunk beds, dressers, nightstands, full closets with hangers and extra blankets and pillows, wall mounted LCD HD SmartTVs, alarm clocks with USB ports and shoe racks and luggage racks. Bathrooms are equipped with a double towel rack, a curved shower rod for extra space, a hair dryer and storage under the vanity where extra towels are also provided.
Exterior:
Property: Boardwalk has 10 stories with a total of 70 units with direct Gulf front facing balconies. There are 2 elevators and ample carts for transferring your items as well as a covered area for loading/unloading. There is free parking for guests’ (2) cars whether on-property or in an overflow lot directly across the street. There is a bi-annual safety check of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. The over-sized pool is beach side and provides a sundeck with plenty of seating, lounge chairs and a walkway to the beach.
Location: Located near, but not in, the hustle-n-bustle of Gulf Shores activities, you have convenient access to numerous restaurants, shops, family activities such as mini-golf, dolphin cruises and a waterpark. Additional special outings are available to book such as a round of golf, a fishing trip or sunset cruises. This quaint beach town comes alive with the Shrimp Festival, Blue Angels Events, Hot Air Balloon Festival and live music from a dozen+ outdoor venues such as Lulu’s, the Hangout, at the Wharf and Flora-Bama.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Max number of guests: 8 - any additional guests may result in an additional fee added to the reservation
Minimum age to book: 25 - a person meeting the minimum age is required to stay for the entire reservation
Not Allowed:
- No parties or events
- No pets
- No smoking
- No illegal substances or activities
Cleaning:
- Please do not leave the property a mess. You will get charged for any excessive mess or smells left in the property.
- Please take out the trash before your departure
- Please wash all dirty dishes
- DO NOT wash any dirty towels or bedding. Leave towels in the bathroom. You do not need to strip any beds.
Make sure front door is closed and locked upon departure.
Do not share door codes with anyone outside of your party.
Please set thermostat to 76F for spring/summer/fall (AC On) and 68F for winter (Heat On)
Parking:
- Parking is included in the reservation. You are allowed up to 2 parking passes. You need to let us know in advance how many passes you will need.
- If a second vehicle is brought, then it must be parked across the street in the overflow lot.
Damages:
- Look around the unit upon check-in and note any damages. Let us know about anything you find immediately. You will be held accountable for any damages found following your departure if we were not notified of the damage by you upon your arrival.
- Please notify us of any damage that occurs during your stay. Accidents happen and we understand that. We may have to charge you for the damage depending on the cost and damage caused.
- Any missing items will be charged to guests
Emergencies:
There is no dedicated overnight emergency contact. If an emergency happens, leave us a message. We might respond then. If not, then we will get back in touch with you first thing in the morning.
Maintenance:
- Inform us of any maintenance issues that happen during your stay. We will be out or have someone come out as soon as possible depending on the severity of the issue. It might take a day or two if the issue is minor.
- You do not need to be present for us to get in and perform maintenance.
Daily Maid Service:
- There is no daily maid service
- Towels and bed linens are freshly washed and changed out before each reservation
- An additional cleaning service may be scheduled for longer stays. You will be charged an extra fee for the service.
Hurricane Policy:
- No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless the National Weather Service or the city of Gulf Shores issues a mandatory evacuation
- If an evacuation order is given, any unused portion of rental payment from currently registered guest will be refunded.
- If a Hurricane Warning is in effect, any unused portion of rental payment of a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wishes to shorten their stay and check in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted will be refunded.
