"Sunshine At The Beach"- Cozy & Clean! Beach Front! 2 BR Plus Loft!

"Sunshine At The Beach" sits in the Seascape complex, just steps from the beach, offering enough beds for the whole family! It has a spacious floor plan with a loft for extra sleeping. The Primary Suite boasts a King Size Bed, Large Screen & Smart TV, and an ensuite, full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom provides a Queen Size Bed with a cushy mattress topper and a Smart TV. You will find extra sleeping in the Loft Area that holds 2 Full Size Beds and a Smart TV. The guest bath is located just off the hall on the main level. Wake up and step out onto the balcony to breathe in the Salty Air and enjoy the views of the Gulf while sipping your coffee. When the rest of the bunch arises, you can whip up some very tasty meals in this fully stocked kitchen with all Stainless-Steel Appliances and beautiful Granite Counter tops, and a dining table and bar stools for seating.

Head outside and jump in the refreshing swimming pool or head over to the beach using the community boardwalk access just on the edge of the property. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the assigned spot under the complex and is FREE! "Sunshine At The Beach" will not disappoint!

**TVs are streaming only. No cable. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.**

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

Good Location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general this is a nice property. It was clean and the location is very good - close to the beach and restaurants etc. However - I Have never stayed in a VRBO with such limited supplies. For example ONE dishcloth, limted dishes (coffee cups too small for even the smallest Keurig setting) and limited towels. Nothing major - just annoying. We did have a somewhat disturbing incident. While we were eating breakfast on the balcony a man just walked in without knocking. Apparently he was a maintenance guy and was told the unit was empty. This made me very uncomortable because my husband and I had planned to go golfing and my teenage daughter was going to stay behind by herself. She would have COMPLETELY freaked out if a stranger just walked in. So as long as there is better communication between the unit owners and maintenance the property is fine.

Great Stay

Stay was great…. exactly as pictured….. very clean…. the one issue we had was taken care of within an hour and was nothing major. The only suggestion I have is to put a lock higher up on the door for people with little ones. My one year old grandson kept opening the door due to not being able to lock from inside. (But let me clarify, no one could get inside without the code. Extremely secure from outside.)

Beautiful Getaway

We came out here for my son’s baseball tournament and fell in love with the area! The condo was walking distance to the beach, pool was fun for my little ones, and had beautiful weather! We would definitely come back here again.

Family Beach Vacation

The location of the condo to the beach was awesome for the price of our stay, but finding the road to the condo was a challenge. As for the condo itself when we got inside it was sand on the floors, the master bed had sand in it, table on the balcony and the sliding glass doors were dirty. Also, the whole time we were there we had no internet and no tv. When I text about it I was told to reset the modem, but there was no modem to be found. So the property manager was suppose to contact the internet provider and get back with us but never did. We found several dishes in the cabinets that were dirty, washer/dryer did not work properly and the fact that we only got one garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to start out was ridiculous. Plus the description of the condo stated there was a pull out couch and there wasn't one. Then when we were checking out this morning with everyone's luggage, etc on luggage cart the elevator got stuck on the 2nd floor so we had to carry everything down the stairs. Plus Iforgot to mention the parking was very tight in garage. The view was beautiful and location perfect if only the condo would have been more up to standard with what I've been accustomed to with VRBO's.

Great stay at Orange Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Orange Beach and Seascape condo. The condo was just as described. It was exceptionally clean with nice furnishings and kitchen appliances. Everything worked perfectly. I do not have a single complaint and would stay there again on a future trip.

Close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo for the location to the beach. The pool was a little outdated but it sufficed our needs. The blinds upstairs wouldn’t raise, and the bathrooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly as there was hair left in one of them and the toilet in the master bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Parking was also a very very tight squeeze and hard to get in and out with bigger vehicles.

The property is as pictured. Communication with property manager was prompt initially, but we never got the issue of the internet or no tv resolved during our stay. We were told the entire condominium was without internet, but our neighbors all had access so….. There was also dead bugs in my daughters bed when we arrived which didn’t go over all since she’s 8. 🙈. There are limited pots and pans to cook with as well as cups. Overall we had a lovely stay, but there is definite room for improvement given the cost of the unit.

We took a group of teenage girls down for fall break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property with all the amenities we needed. The loft upstairs was perfect for the group of teenage girls to all get to stay together. We had a fantastic trip!!

good condo

Condo was exactly what we needed. The only few things I would point out is that our dishwasher was loaded with dishes when we arrived, there were pieces of door frame missing in the hallway and the sheets in smaller guest room didn't look very clean ( stains ). Overall we were happy with the condo and its location.

Perfect Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly relieved when we walked in and the condo was just as described. We had a not so great experience at a VBRO on our 800 mile trek to Orange Beach. The condo looked as described and was clean. A gal from Celebrity Vacation Rentals checked on us shortly after we arrived to make sure all was in order. She even had extra towels in hand in case we needed any. We cooked a few meals at the condo and there were enough dishes and utensils/cooking things for our family of 7. The beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach is quick and we appreciated the complex having water hoses to get the sand off before we walked it all in. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Orange Beach.
