This beautiful property features a private, three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout with a sleeper sofa. Step inside to discover an open floor plan and oversized balcony with Gulf of Mexico Views. Enjoy boardwalk access to the pristine beach a quarter mile away. The complex offers community grills for cookouts, and a relaxing outdoor pool. Unit was clean, but dated. Parking is a challenge. Really appreciated host allowing earlier check in than expected. Easy access to beach, but beach view is restricted by property across street.

It was wonderful, comfortable, great location.

The property is behind a row of beach homes, but you can still see the beach, have easy access via the boardwalk. The condo was really nice. Having the twin beds in one room was a plus for the kids. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location and access to the beach is amazing!

We would absolutely come back and stay again. The parking place and beach access were our favorite parts. It doesn't have new furniture or decorations, HOWEVER, we weren't there to be inside. It had everything we needed! I'd highly recommend staying here. The communication with the management was superb, and easy access getting into the place.

Access to the beach was great, the view was great. The condo needs some updates. The beds where uncomfortable, some of the blinds on the patio doors was missing and the patio doors do not lock. Other than that is was ok to stay at. Lots of shopping and food near by.

It’d put this condo in the “you get what you pay for category”. The positives are it had the essentials, parking was easy, and it was a very short walk to the beach. The water and dryer worked well and the TV in the living room did too. There were card games and DVDs too. The reality is the place is basic and a little out dated, but clean enough. The bathrooms are tiny, making it a little difficult for a larger groups of people (since it is a 3 bedroom with a sleeper sofa, max 8 people would be a lot for those bathroom- in my opinion.) The only negative thing I have to say is the coffee pot was slightly broken, but we made it work. The the little spring loaded stopped that makes it stop dripping when you remove the pot is gone. They could improve the place with a Keurig, and updated furniture and linens. Like I said, good for the money. We had no problems or complaints.

Other reviews mentioned how "out-dated" the condo was, but I typically take all reviews with a grain of salt. The reviews were accurate. While the condo did its job (gave us a place to sleep and get out of the sun/heat), it could use some basic upkeep. For example, the curtains/blinds in 2 of the rooms did not shut all the way and the fans in the bedrooms barely ran. The biggest thing I did not expect was the kitchen being bare. Of all the places I have rented, there are at least basic seasonings, and sometimes condiments. This condo literally had nothing and very little for pots/pans/utensils, making it difficult to prepare meals. Recognizing this is out of the owner's control, but something anyone considering this complex should know, is that the elevator only worked approximately 40% of the time. Anyone staying on the 2nd and 3rd floors could have issues lugging ice chests, luggage, etc. up several flights of stairs. Not to mention anyone who is mobility impaired. Overall, this place was okay and did its job, but depending on your expectations, this may not be the place for you. I suggest contacting the rental company prior to booking if you have specific questions/concerns.

We appreciate your review and apologize for the missing pots, pans and utensils. We will get that rectified. Unfortunately, supplying condiments carries a lot of liability for the owner if the condiments or seasonings are tampered with or previously used by another guest. We will forward your concerns regarding the outdated nature of the condo to ownership. Thank you!

Loved the stay! The condo was clean and spacious. Easy check in and check out. Parking is tight, but overall convenient. The shower close to the elevator was a lifesaver!
