The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds & the living room has a sofa sleeper as well. Large flat screen TV in the living room in a custom built entertainment center, large sliding glass doors leading to the oceanfront patio. Open floor plan with dining for 6. new kitchen cabinets fully stoked with everything you will need, stainless steel appliances. Long Weekend Get A Way

It was a great stay for a long weekend and a concert at the Amphitheater. The owners were super helpful during our stay. Highly recommend this unit.

Mothers Day Getaway

The location perfect, you can see the dunes and ocean peaking over the dunes. Right near the boardwalk to beach access and near the pool. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very relaxing. I would highly recommend a vacation getaway here!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at this condo!! It’s spacious and its location right on the beach is amazing. Everything was clean and they have just the right amount of stuff to make you feel at home (beach chairs, towels, etc). Candy was extremely responsive and gave us all the info we needed. We definitely recommend this property for your stay in the St. Augustine area.

Quick family get away

Condo is nicely kept in a great location. Very well stocked with all that is needed. Owner is very attentive and welcoming. We had a great stay.

Location! Location! Location!

This was a last minute little get away and Candy’s place did not disappoint. For less than two days we were able to enjoy downtown St Augustine , the beach in our backyard and lots of foodie options. Upon arrival we were able to get into our place a little earlier than the designated arrival time. The condominium was very clean and up to date. The view was so serene and beautiful. It was a little windy. However the weather did not disappoint. Thank you Candy for all your suggestions and we hope to return soon!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

My family enjoyed a great stay at Butler Beach. The property is clean, comfortable, and as close to the beach as you can get. The property owner is clearly a professional, and has thought of everything needed for a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if I return to Butler Beach. Five stars!

Weekend stay for a wedding

Very nice. Lovely view. Ground level made it easy for older folks like us. very Quiet. Private Beach access was nice. Only, challenge was parking. All vehicles were relatively larger. Space seem to be premium

St Augustine Sea Place

The condo was perfect my husband and I! The bed was comfortable and the beach was just over the dune! The kitchen was big enough to cook anything we wanted. We came for the Nights of Lights and were not disappointed! The host was very responsive and left a few treats for our stay! If you are looking for a beach vacation , don’t think twice about St Augustine! With pristine white sand, and nearly private beach, it was just perfect! Would definitely rate this place by the sea as a 10/10! Can’t wait to come back!

Close to the beach!

Our family had a very much needed relaxing getaway to St. Augustine. Steps to the beach. Master bed was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend Drake’s Deli and Crème de la Cocoa. Also, make sure to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, salt n pepper etc as what is provided will not last a lengthy stay.

No Surprises here!

Condo was better than expected. Everything was spotless, upon arrival, and the unit was exactly as described in the listing. Access to the beach was great, as was the pool area. Looks like a return visit will be imminent!
